These give me a boost of energy. Am older and these help me get through the day. Cost wise a bit expensive for the amount of ginseng you get. If you can afford it go for it.

I'm a ginseng user and this supplement in any form has not failed me. I tried this one as a straight shot and it has a bitter taste. I decided to add a pack to my coffee with creamer, and the taste of it became undetectable. In both cases, I felt more energized and focused on accomplishing my task. I recommend it's worth a try.

Little energy boost
May be just me because I'm used to drinking so many celsius drinks a day which have a ton of caffeine but I'm trying to lessen that so I bought these. They do help a bit but I still feel so sleepy lol I'm hoping after a while maybe they'll be better once I lessen my caffeine intake

A little bitter, but consider it as medicine and Ginseng. it is ok. in general like it, I felt more energized.

It keeps me energized without crashing
I like that it’s easy to consume. I can taste the ginseng they didn’t try to sugar it all up to cover the bitterness so I like it. I like to take it in the afternoon when I start feeling the tired ness but its too late for coffee. It perks me back up without keep me up at night
