- Material and Size: The skirt measures 105 cm in length; the waist is 180 cm in length (including the ribbon). Thick and durable tulle, no bad fine mesh (hand wash recommended).
- If there are any creases on the package, please just steam it and then hang it overnight.
- The Victorian petticoat can serve as a skirt, but also as a petticoat. The tulle allows for a beautiful domed effect at the back. At the waist, the "belt" is padded, for comfort and a nice appearance; do not press too hard if you decide to wear it tight.

A: The skirt ties at the waist so the size is adjustable.

**Q: What type of fabric would the ribbon be?  Would it be easy to dye a different color?**
A: The ribbon is nylon, good quality, no colour fading. We are the clothing factory, all the costumes are well made and good quality.

**Q: Did this skirt also come with underwear? For some reason mine might have….do y’all manufacture black lacy underwear at the facility?**
A: This is not a skirt. This is a bustle. It goes under shirts to give the big puff at the butt look like in the 1800s.
