I have been using the M4 to extend my WiFi for some time now. But was fed up of the lack of control of my Sky hub. I have partial fibre so was limited to my router options (plus Sky do not make it easy to use third-party devices). However, this was incredibly easy to set up and get running. I do have a good technology know-how which helped. I have had no issues since using the router. The signal strength is great for me (still using M4s to extend the distance as I live in an old house). Well worth the price and great to have some flexibility and control over my WiFi.

I live in an old 1950s house with very thick walls and WiFi signal is a nightmare. I purchased a deco system a few years ago and it changed my life. If anyone has ever been sent WiFi extenders from BT OR Virgin media you’ll know they’re absolutely garbage. THIS is what you’re looking for. It’s a tad expensive but is worth every penny. The best part is that when you ever extend your house or feel the need to expand the network at all for whatever reason, you can buy new decos and add them on later. You can even mix and match models to create your own network that suits. The app is very easy to use and the setup is very intuitive. I will not go back and it’s my number 1 recommendation to house owning friends. Even got my mums and dad in on them too.

A superb upgrade. The whole flat is covered. Cameras, hifi, radio, phones, telly. No dead spots at all.

First impressions are this is a really nice device. I originally bought it to add a meshed ap to the upstairs floor of my house but instead used it to replace my old d-link router. Setup was simple. Plugged it into the ont box in the wall. And used the app to configure it. Found the whole process simple. The device looks nice and is much more discrete than my old router. The WiFi signal is also far better giving me much better speeds on my pc which is located upstairs. Overall extremely pleased so far. I may get a 2nd at some point to work as a meshed device upstairs but for now very happy with the performance at a really good price

I bought 2 of these as I have tried the traditional WIFI extenders - but they never worked and were a waste of money in my opinion. These Mesh extenders are absolutely EXCELLENT. Very, very easy to set up via an app on my mobile and I now have fast and effective WIFI all over my home. And a really good price too. Highly recommended.

I have had the Deco M4 for years, decided to upgrade the Main Deco to the X10. That’s when I started to have issues with my Google Nest cameras. Intermittent problems with viewing cameras. I originally thought cameras were on the way out and I replaced one of them and had the same issue. So I replaced the main deco with my M4 and put this deco in a different position and still had the same issue. Now completely removed this deco and all the problems have disappeared. If you have Google nest devices think twice about this. If you still decide to purchase and start having problems, it’s because of this.

Would not recommend buying just one if you want WiFi extension. Has to be directly plugged into the router to use. Can extend your WiFi, but not as an actual extender given it needs to be sat next to your router.

Cant move my router without it costing. So this plugs into my router and I have ran a 15m high end ethernet cable to the office which is my conservatory. Now allMy WiFi devices in the office have 100% connection signal and speeds have trippled. Which is perfect for the xbox. I will be buying an additional satalite to have upstairs although the signal is pretty good. Worth the money for poor spots in the house.
