I pulled a hamstring a week before a planned hike in the North Dakota Badlands. Didn't want to cancel the trip, so began doing everything I could to quickly rehab, and also looked for protection for the hike. The Sparthos thigh compression sleeve was a key component for both, and my leg held up while camping. Sizing seems to be everyone's primary concern, so let me provide specifics. I'm 5'8" and weigh 168. My thighs are 22" at the thickest point (about halfway). The size guide told me to order the XXL, which seemed wrong to me. I didn't have time so I ordered the XXL and the XL. The XXL fit perfectly and provided an ideal level of compression. It helped blood circulate to the area during rehab and provided just the right level of support when hiking. By comparison, the XL felt a little uncomfortably tight. Staying in place: I wore the sleeve all day every day during the hike. The temps were pretty high (80's, 90's, and one day above 100) so I was sweating pretty good. Also had to do a couple river crossings (slightly above waist high water). Through it all, the sleeve stayed in place and didn't slip. I've since used it in the gym where, regardless of the movement I'm doing, it remains in place. Support: Can't say enough. It definitely helped speed up my recovery, and held my thigh together through some challenging conditions. I was very deliberate in how I moved coming off the injury, but the sleeve definitely improved my confidence. All in, I was pleasantly surprised at how effective this simple structure has been.

Excellent product! Stays in place, does not fall down or even move. My husband plays tennis with it, and praises it highly. It protects the muscle, and it reality works great!

The size was accurate. Unlike wraps, this does not slip on your leg. It provides a continual support. Quality and shipping were both fine. Obviously, very easy to use, just put it on your thigh. Again, the compression is constant and not overwhelming.

i was a little nervous when i saw pictures of people having a skin reaction to the sleeve. i hand washed mine before i wore it and had no issues. the large size fits perfect (i'm 5'5" and 115 pounds). so pay attention to the size chart. it didn't magically fix my hamstring issue but it seems to help.

They seem fine, but they're not tight enough for my skinny legs. I ordered the smaller size option, but they're loose at the bottom of the sleeve. They seem well made.

Sizing is perfect , I measure 15" just above my knee, and 19" at the top, so I ordered the XL 16"-19". I was suddenly unable to walk or sit, not sure how I pulled my hamstring if thats what it was, but on a Saturday night 3/16/19, after walking all day, I was in so much pain, could not sleep from a deep nerve type pain, couldn't sit or walk on left thigh. I read reviews on many products and all had good and bad, so i took a chance on this product, middle of the road, not too cheap, nor expensive. I ordered on Monday and received by Tuesday, WOW, that was a Godsend, because by Tuesday I had tingling down my left leg to my feet. I put it on and immediately it reduced my pain and cramping from a 10+ to maybe a 6.. I could barely walk with pain and now with this on, I could walk almost normal still with pain but not the limping. I slept with it on and by Wednesday my pain level was about a 4, I wore it all day only taking it off for showers then back on for bed and by Thursday I felt only slight pain. I didn't have to wear it to bed Thursday night, and when i got up this morning Friday 3/22/19, the pain is almost non-existent, i forgot I didn't have it on. I just put it on, just in case it comes back, but really this item saved my life, I was very worried as I have a hiking trip coming up in May. The sizing chart was perfect for me!!! It is very comfortable, just the right amount of compression. I know everyone's legs are different shapes and sizes so there are bound to be mixed reviews but for me, OMG this was the best! Oh and it comes in a pair, but I only had to wear one under my leggings and it wasn't even noticeable. I'm going to continue to wear this for the next 3 days just to make sure my pain doesn't come back. Thank you , thank you for this wonderful product!!

These really helped me out. I play is softball tournaments and tend to play 3-6 games in a day and sometimes 8 in a weekend. They reduced my muscle soreness which is huge at my age of 55. Good price and fast delivery. I used them multiple times already and am very satisfied.

This is the 3rd set of these I have bought for my husband. He is athletic but struggles with some hamstring issues. These are great. Only repurchased due to after years of 2x week use and washing they did stretch out a bit. Totally works still but he wanted tighter ones.
