Piper Biosciences Plant Sterols Healthy Cholesterol Gummies, 120 Ct Vegan

I’ve been using the Piper LDL Clinical Strength Healthy Cholesterol Gummies for just over a month now, and I’m genuinely impressed. These gummies deliver a solid 2,280 mg of plant sterol esters per day, which is one of the highest I’ve seen available in a supplement form. I really like that they’re vegan and don’t contain any artificial flavors or weird aftertastes like some other brands I’ve tried. The taste is fruity and pleasant—more like a treat than a supplement—which makes it easy to stay consistent. I take two packs (one gummy in the morning and one at night), and it fits easily into my routine. What I appreciate most is that these are clinically dosed. I started taking them on the recommendation of my doctor to help manage my borderline high LDL levels, and my most recent blood work showed a modest but clear improvement. Obviously, it’s not a miracle fix, but combined with diet and exercise, it’s helping. Packaging is neat and travel-friendly. The only downside is I wish the supply lasted a bit longer, but considering the clinical dose and convenience, I think it’s worth it. Used this product along with psyllium husk powder to lower cholesterol. I made no radical change to my diet or lifestyle, and in one month my LDL dropped 20 points. The gummies are a bit sweet but as I'm fortunate enough to have no issues with blood sugar I wasn't concerned with that.

Started working on my cholesterol after a blood test last month. After 3 weeks my ApoB dropped 19 points, LDL by 16, and Triglycerides by 20! But gummies alone won't do this for you. I also stopped eating fried food and dairy, started consuming more fiber, and eating healthier overall. I took a star off because these are sugar bombs. 30 calories per serving (60 per day) which is mostly sugar (8g of sugar per day). I agree they do taste good, but losing 60 calories a day while on a caloric deficit to some cholesterol gummies feels pretty bad. I'd personally rather them taste worse and be healthier, lower cal lower sugar. But I will be rebuying them anyways, at least for a few more months, because they clearly work.

We just started taking these, as both of us take statins. While it is way too early to see clinical improvements in our LDLs, the taste of the gummies is the best I have ever had. They are soft and intensely fruity (natural, not artificial). It is hard to keep from eating the whole bag at one time! I will report back after labs are in for my late fall cardiologist visit. First off I liked the loose stool I got within two weeks of taking these ( took half dose too) as I’m always constipated. Well after two weeks I stopped the sterols,Back to constipation, so two weeks later so I started gummies back up and here comes the diarrhea….. again. Strange yellow color I was thinking maybe reacting to my pancreas.forced to stop a SECOND time. So I started the sterols up again after back to constipation ( third time ) and back to floating yellow diarrhea again within two weeks. I googled it, seemed normal side effect but I had to stop a third time. Went back to constipation so I started back a FOURTH time but the diarrhea got painful and after two weeks I stopped the sterols but TOO LATE …..All hell broke loose.I was sooooooo sick and NOT going back to constipation. By August 25 I was sitting on ice, and experiencing some horrible intestinal event. I lost ten LBS. Finally I had stool testing and I had cC- Diff. Never had I taken antibiotics. All I can think of is that the sterols changed my gut FLORA in a very bad way. I’m still sick here it is October 7 and I’m finally diagnosed.

I ordered this product to help with my high cholesterol problem. My numbers were very high and I was told that it was likely due to genetics and life style. I was able to drop my LDL 26 points and my total cholesterol 52 points with this product, diet and exercise. The chews are very well packaged and are easy to take with a meal the texture is soft but not grainy. I will continue with this product even though I am now taking medication for my high cholesterol I feel the product has helped with my numbers it is cost effective, easy to take and not loaded with sugar like other products. I can not take large capsules so to have a product that is chewable has really helped me stay on track.

This is going to be a long review in order to give complete data. I will say right off that Piper LDL is great tasting and I have experienced no side effects while taking it. Now onto the cholesterol-lowering saga. I had been taking Nature Made CholestOff Plus for about 6 months and by January 2024 my cholesterol was 372 - only down about 15 from the highest. In July 2024 I added Piper LDL along with the CholestOff Plus and cholesterol was down to 293 by May 2025. Dr said plant sterols wouldn't hurt if I tried another so I added Carlyle Plant Sterols 1200mg with the CholestOff Plus and Piper LDL and cholesterol was down to 255 and dropping by August. For some reason when I found CardioSmile Plant Based Food Supplement and thought this might work good so I dropped all but CholestOff Plus and by November 2025 I was back up to 308. Needless to say CardioSmile is now out and my BIG THREE are back: Piper LDL, CholestOff Plus and Carlyle Plant Sterols. After I have cholesterol back down to at least 255 I'm going to drop CholestOff Plus and Carlyle and take Piper LDL by itself to see if I can cut the other 2 out permanently. Hopefully Piper LDL will allow this information even with other product information included but couldn't give complete review of results without sharing all the facts.
