Pour le prix franchement c’est top. J’avais quelques pb de connexion entre le contrôleur et les caméras mais le SAV répond super vite et a trouvé de suite les réponses. Très heureux de cet achat.

I like this PTZ camera. This is the second Fomako I have owned (20x SDI and 30x SDI) as they have got a great picture and represent very good value. I use them for corporate events and conferences, and for live sport as a second camera. The software is particularly good to keep the pictures looking good and equivalent to broadcast cameras. Indeed the dynamic range adjustments, Gamma, BLC and exposure tweaks make this a very good camera. Likewise there are 3 noise reduction features and image sharpening in the software - this gives good images. The PTZ control is not really practical using the remote so I use either a network remote Streamdeck+ Companion software, or a networked iPhone running a PTZ control app. I find this more flexible than a hardware controller. But - the lens is the weakness. Both the 20x and the 30x are sharp and perform well for most of the focal range, but once you zoom in to the last 30% of the focal range (the telephoto end) the pictures go soft and are unusable. Now this may be where the clever software is unable to sharpen the inherrently soft optics at this very long range, or maybe to much noise reduction - or it might be just poor optical design at the long end... but there is no way I can get sharp images at full telephoto. Note: this is not digital zoom as I switch that off (as it is already unacceptable poor). So overall this PTZ camera is great only if you use it with a reduced 30x lens range, say upto 20x.
