I love the ultimate guide books! Whether you are doing some home improvements yourself, or you just want to understand terms and procedures so you don't get taken advantage of by companies you're getting estimates from, these books are amazing! They have easy how to step by steps and wonderful pictures. For those who are visual learners. I have five of the books and was able to do a whole remodel on an apartment thanks to them.

Good reference book. Not completely up to date but things change so fast these days that is not surprising. Has most of the really important information in it.

I had the older version of this book/manual and lost it somewhere in the relocation(s) we have had. I find this book to answer (in very simple and layman's terms) most everything I need to do in the electrical side of the house.

Helpful reference for wiring

Easy to read very useful

With this book, I learned enough about house wiring to remove all these obsolete wires safely from my house (mostly old security systems). It’s a great place to start.

Got this book badly damaged with chunks missing on the front page… scratches all over and the spine being scratched and ripped on the bottom.
