Easy to install in place of the ankle straps that come with it. just undo the others and hook these in place by the half or horse shoe shaped rings that are attached to them.

Well made Ankle Straps so comfortable that I almost forget that I am wearing them! The old straps I had before these, I would quickly remove after each cable exercise due to discomfort, but these straps I keep on my ankles until the end of workout. I have also tried them on my thin wrist and they fit securely there as well. It remains to be seen how durable they are with prolonged use, but my first impression is that they are sturdy enough for me. Based on another reviewer's experience, I expected some discomfort when used for the "Kick-backs" exercise, yet I do not feel any discomfort from the D-rings. Maybe my loads are still too light... would happily buy again just to have an extra pair!

Gym days are my favorite! So I've been looking all over for the best quality and most durable ankle straps. I purchased these and it far exceeded my expectations. The Velcro is super tight and ever-lasting. The soft padding felt very good on my legs and the metal rings are just the right size. They are easily attachable to the cables and not too big like some are that dig into the ankle. I'd definitely recommend this product to my fellow sports lovers. Oh and the best thing, two for such an amazingly low price! No more bending down dozens of times to switch cuffs from one leg to another. Go ahead,buy it too!

The product by all standards is great, however, I would not recommended for the replacement of missing parts of the Total Gym These strap at the ankles and the original Total gyms strap around the foot. Thus making using these a little difficult because the wires are constantly in your way and the form is not the best.

When using the Bowflex I found it impossible to use the ankle straps that were included; they're similar to the hand grips but there isn't a strap to tighten around the ankle or foot. Inevitably the strap would flop around and slip off over my sneaker. This attachment makes a world of difference when doing leg repetitions; the ankle strap is just the right size to conform to different ankle widths. The velcro is industrial strength so I don't see any problem with durability and they're sturdy enough to allow for an effective muscle workout. As far as the comfort feature, the velcro can be a nuisance if wearing low cut socks. Overall I'm pleased with the purchase and feel the price was more than fair.

These cuffs are awesome! I was nervous about them possibly being too big, but the fit is perfect. 5'2", 125lbs small ankles. The d ring is sturdy and easily clips to the machines at the gym. My ankles are bony so they tend to get irritated with the cuffs my gym provides. The neoprene in these acts like a cushion and eliminates the problem. I wasn't sure I needed two, but having two sure made my workout better. Rest was minimized. There isn't any cons to these. Other than the possibility of them getting stolen because they are cool enough for someone to swipe.

I really like this ankle strap. Compared to the others that I've tried out there I feel like personally this one is well suited for me. It has a nice cushion that's quite comfortable. the material is soft around the places that do touch your ankle. It does not scratch my skin when I am using it. I get paranoid that when either my shoes rub on my ankle and make it look ashy, same goes for ankle straps and this one does not do that. They are very sturdy and are very easy to put on and take off. Highly recommend these!

As most people know that when you order a resistance band set the handles and ankle straps are bare essentials. It did not take long for me to realize that the ones that I got with my kit were not comfortable, no padding and cut into my leg. Also very narrow. These are just the answer! nice padding, easier to strap on, and a nice large ring for connecting to the bands. So much more enjoyable workout now. Highly recommend these as a replacement.

Wide and comfortable - doesn't dig into my shins. Velcro is sturdy - I feel safe they are staying on even with heavy weight.
