Works well. I wish it was larger to clean the travel case!

This has made my Invisalign retainers look brand new! My Invisalign retainers are over a decade old & I used to just brush them with a toothbrush each morning. The plaque build-up was pretty bad. I’ve owned this ultrasonic cleaner for 3 months & it’s still working great. The instructions say to use it a max of 2 times continuously per hour so I don’t do it more than that. I put my retainers & an Efferdent tablet in in the morning & make sure to rinse it out & dry it each night. The difference in my Invisalign retainers is night & day!

I read many reviews while searching for a retainer cleaner. A lot of them said that it didn't work after a few days or it started and stopped right away. I had the problem of it not staying on the first couple of times I used it. I did figure a way around that. Do not turn it on as soon as you plug it in. Wait a couple of seconds before pushing the power button. Also, I have to fill it to the max line. For some reason it doesn't work if it isn't. For me, those are not a problem.

I was so excited to buy this after reading the great reviews; it worked perfectly and I used it religiously everyday to clean my retainer! However, after 1.5 months it suddenly stopped working — now, if you press the button only cleans for 5 seconds and stops, instead of doing the full cleaning cycle. I was hoping to contact the seller and get a replacement since it seems defective but unfortunately outside the return window. Or, perhaps it’s just a low quality product. $40 unfortunately down the drain.

OK, I usually don’t write reviews, but I was actually impressed and shocked by this product. I wish I would’ve taken a picture of my retainer before I cleaned it, but it came out perfectly clear. I didn’t use any extra soap or ingredients, just plain water. I did do it two times in a row And my retainer now looks like it’s brand new. If I didn’t actually see it for myself, I would not have believed it.

I bought another brand and received it and couldn’t get it to work and sent it back and I purchased this one in April 2024. Where the charging cable plugs into the bottom of the reservoir has always been positional and as time has worn on, it is even worse. When it works, it does a very good job, but would not purchase it again unless there was an upgrade on the charging cable.

I have used it several times, even used it for my diabetic finger stick to clean. Seems to work fine I suppose, no other way to know really.

I bought this when I ordered a new retainer. I don't even use cleaner tablets and my retainer comes out sparkly clean. It is amazing to see what is left in the water. It's very quiet and only takes 5 minutes. I love it so much i am going to buy another one for my son's retainer, too.
