A: You must pressure the red button from the inside to make a new code. also, you must press the code to lock the safe

**Q: I lost my key and the battery is dead . I need a key replacement ?**
A: That’s the same way my safe came with the keys locked inside and the box needed to be charged I think they’re selling them and not realizing how are we supposed to get the box open
