I saw this seamoss advertised and decided to give it try and I like it . It has a really nice flavor which i like . Plus it have 92+ health benefits, the texture is good , it smells like fruits , the price isn't bad and you do get alot in the jar . This will be my new go to now .

Me and my fiancé have been taking the brand true sea moss for over 3 months now and it’s definitely a 20/10. It provides all minerals your body needs. It’s has help me with each boost. Immune , energy, healing , my digestive system and helping out journey with detoxing. The flavors are extremely good. My favorite so far has been the mango and pineapple but I’ve tried pretty much all of them and the favors are amazing. It’s best in smoothies and yogurt bowls.

Tastes is not bad if you are ok with herbs. I would say the mango flavor is stronger than the herbs. But if you can’t stand even a little bit of the bitter taste, this is not for you.

The vendor shipped me another order after the first one for some reason did not arrive. Their customer service is great, you never know with these deliveries. The productive itself keeps me sharp, even sleep better.

The first time I tried sea moss from a jar sold on Amazon was the “MAX FIT WELLNESS” brand and it was amazing and then I ordered this “True Sea Moss” brand cause it was on sale and was completely disappointed. I didn’t feel the effects and the consistency was totally different. In this brand the consistency was very watery and in the better brand it was thick like gel. After receiving the max fit brand in the mail I put the ingredients side by side and unfortunately the true sea moss brands first ingredient is water, then mango puree, then sea moss. In comparison to the max fit brand where the first ingredient is sea moss. I can definitely feel the energy and calmness effects of the ashwaghanda much better in the max fit wellness brand. This product is a very good supplement, once I started using it I felt better and I liked the taste and I was taking it a little more than recommended, anyway I started using it the correct way and now I don't need it as much, I use it at least once a day which for me serves me well, my skin looks good, I have more energy, its very easy to swallow for me as well as being very effective.

At first the taste and texture got me, I had to choke it down. The benefits are amazing though. After a few days my body craved it. The taste is now wonderful and something I enjoy. I love that in just a tiny bit I get such an amazing healthy reward. I'm not good at remembering to take pills bit this has me wanting to take it everyday (sometimes more than it says) definitely worth adding to your day
