Product is working well. I'm quite satisfied with it. Easy to install.

I’ve purchased three of these and all have worked fine with their streaming service. The one thing I could ding them on is the remote, while they worked there could have been cleaned up a bit better.

I bought this device for my elderly parents who have DirectStream from AT&T. The primary purpose was to get them a remote that has more buttons than the TV remote which they were struggling to figure out how to use. The device works perfectly for this purpose and despite it being a used/renewed product. One note of caution - if you plug the device into your TV and you do not get the Direct Stream screen, the device is likely not reset to factory defaults. I struggled to manually add the device to my TV without success and only when I eventually did a factory reset (I recall a red button but you can find this info online) did I get the normal set up screens and prompts. After this setup was a breeze.

Nice refurb product. It arrived at factory defaults and includes some additional helpful instructions on programming the remote. Definitely recommend!

Remote control had that sticky disgusting feel you get from older plastics so I am returning the item. Waste of my time.

When I opened the box, I was disappointed to find that the remote was like one you would find in a cheap hotel. It was sticky and even had crumbs in some of the buttons. The power cord had a bent prong. Poor for the price of $79. The rest looked new. I was expecting to return it, but hooked it up to give it a chance. Setup was super easy and it all works fine. I does exactly what I wanted which is to have better functionally over the Samsung remote when watching sports. So, oh well, I cleaned off the nasty remote and I guess it will do.

Works just like one from Direct TV, except no indentation on back to know where center ok button is I n dark. I use this on bedroom at might on dark.
