Great product for keepking the roof cool in Indian Summers. Applied it for a 1200 sft roof and interiors are much cooler. No heat or radiation from the roof. Ceiling fan does not through hot air and ACs function much efficently. Thanks to Nippon paint for great product that combiles Cool roof with damp proof. Previously used Surya Cool but effective only 1 or 2 summers. Asian Paints Damp Proof not so effective for hot summers. This paint Rocks. 20L is enough for a roof of 1200 sft.

I didn't get 30% extra ,it's just marketing technique ,it's price in local shop is 2800..only ,I lost nearly 350 rs ...product is worthy...

Not easily found in local market..but work great. For 560 sq feet, along with this 10 ltr nippon cool roof, I had to buy another 4 ltr asian paints' damp proof. And there was a clear difference in their reflectiveness. This nippon product really reflect much more thn Asian paints product. Asian paints product seemed dull when we opend it after opening nippon product. So we painted greater portion of our roof with nippon a a minor ortion with Asian paint( we actually used asian paints one as a base coat after comparing their shine). And when we tested it on a summer day with full sun on, the difference in roof temperature was clearly there. Asian paints one was much cooler thn grey painted roofs, but the roof portion painted with nippon was even cooler thn Asian paints painted surface. In short: paint the base coats with easily locally available water proofing products like asian paints damp proof or birla opus products..and two undiluted layers of this nippon cool roof product. The delivery and packaging is good and defenitely i can sense some temperature drop inside the home. need to see how much durable it is. it came in normal 20 litre paint can.
