When i bought this inwas absolutely astounded by how good the quality was! Very easy to set up and not loud or noisy and the sounds really good. I did have a problem with some dark shadowing in one corner a few months after buying it but their support team were really good and quick to get back to me and when the issue couldn't be fixed they sent me another one which arrived fast. I highly recommend this projector! Affordable and a fantastic image and sound quality!

Over the last few years I have purchased several small projectors seemingly offering a great a picture, good functionality and reliability. Most of them I have had to return as they failed to live up to the hype. Before buying this device I read most of the reviews, including the non-5 star ones, trying to get a consensus of opinion and overall view of what this device offered. In the end I hit buy and waited for the package to arrive. The device arrived safely and was well packaged (both within the Amazon box, and in the retail packaging). Set up was straight-forward and I was able to be up and running within a few minutes, casting images and video from my mobile phone. The clarity of the images and accuracy of colour representation are surprisingly very good. It also offers the ability to adjust the displayed image, enabling the resultant picture to be in sharp focus and to be displayed as a true rectangle rather than a trapezium, etc.. The picture quality is indeed very good, particularly at this price point. Sound is also very clear, although this can be to set of Bluetooth headphones or speaker if preferred. Overall, I’m very happy with my purchase and can recommend this product.

I bought the Wimius K9 to use for Halloween projections and also as a home cinema. I spent a lot of time researching to find something that could do both and which could also be used occasionally in the daytime. This seemed to have good reviews. It lived up to expectations. The Auto focus is great and with 700 ANSI the picture is amazing outside at night or in a dark room but can also bright enough to be used in a dim lit room. The picture is amazing quality and the functionality is all you could ask for. I used the USB ports to play high definition MP4 halloween projections which amazed the trick or treaters. I use it most days as a projector too instead of watching TV. It has Prime movies, Netflix, YouTube and many more apps built in and they play without fault. I can also screen share my iphone (it supports samsung too). I have used it connected to a bluetooth speaker. If I connect it to my apple TV, I can also play stereo through my Sonos stereo linked speakers. I had a slight issue with the USB port but contacted the Wimius support team who sent out a replacement projector which arrived within 2 days. Brilliant projector and excellent support (you don’t ordinarily find that sort of support these days, so I was super impressed). I would highly recommend this. Treat yourself.

I actually bought two projectors to test them out: this one and a Kogata projector which Amazon picked. I tried both and I've now decided to go for this. This is because of the better quality of the picture more than anything. The focus is brilliant and with the zoom function it helps to match whatever size surface you're projecting on. I think it works best at night but I also tried in the daytime and it's still a decent picture, albeit sometimes hard to make out what's going on when scenes are a bit more moody. The sound is good and controls are very easy and user friendly to use. Compared to the Kogata projector, this one looks smarter and more stylish. For the price, I think this is a very good projector and there also seems to be good customer service available if you need it. I've gone for 4* because I think the picture looks dark sometimes but it might be because I haven't figured out the brightness levels!

Great projector with even greater customer service. I initially had an issue with one of the apps on the projector and was quickly sent a replacement. The replacement worked perfectly but was missing a lens cap so they sent me ANOTHER PROJECTOR and said I could keep it and put it to good use - I’ll be donating the first and last projector to my local church. Honestly some of the best customer service I have ever experienced and so far the projector itself works great. Picture quality, sound, design are all really good. Only thing missing is the Disney+ app but other than that I can’t fault it. Really happy!

This is my second projector ive own, the first one I had to return as the picture quality was not so great which was in the same price range as this one. Having owed this projector for almost 3 weeks I am very happy with it. The picture quality is quite impressive considering it's price bracket. It certainly on par with a flat screen tv specifically when viewed in a dark room . I have mined used in the bedroom and our veiwing experience has gone up a notch when watching films, replacement my surface pro placed on my lap. What it gives you is a huge screen depending how far it's placed from the wall. Set up is a breeze, it has auto focus and keystone (correct screen size when the projector is not directly at a right angle to the wall,) manual adjustment is also available. Overall, it's an excellent projector to own if you're looking for a no fuss easy to use projector. The only draw back is the sound which considering it's size, can be expected, though you can add a Bluetooth speaker to improve the sound.

Grand amateur de cinéma, j'ai opté pour la projection sur mur plutôt que pour une télévision grand écran. J'en suis à mon troisième projecteur Wimius ; une marque qui s'améliore de modèle en modèle, sans vider votre portefeuille. En effet, avec cet achat de plus ou moins 300, je regarde mes films avec une diagonale d'écran de 2.6 m (ma pièce dédiée n'est malheureusement pas plus grande), des images vraiment lumineuses et très bien contrastées (voir le photogramme du blu-ray de la nouvelle version de "Il était une fois dans l'Ouest", tirée avec un smartphone) et un son qui, s'il n'est pas immersif comme celui d'un home-cinéma, est bien supérieur en qualité et en puissance à celui qu'une télévision délivre généralement (surtout que le ventilateur est vraiment très silencieux, au point de se faire littéralement oublier). Dès l'allumage, l'autofocus fait le point systématiquement (ce qui n'était pas le cas sur les précédents), l'utilisation est très intuitive et la télécommande très complète. Pour résumer : qualité des matériaux de construction, garanti scellé antipoussières, très grande diagonale d'image sans perte de qualité, luminosité et contraste saisissants (que ce soit en FHD ou UHD), son parfaitement audible, silence du ventilateur, lampe LED prévue pour 100.000 h, prix doux... Un pur bonheur qui dépasse mes attentes !

Il prodotto si presenta abbastanza compatto e ben assemblato. Ho già avuto modo di provare altri proiettori di questa marca e questo risulta essere sicuramente quello più luminoso e con migliore messa a fuoco, ma è anche più costoso rispetto agli altri (per questo siamo sull’ordine dei 300€, gli altri che ho provato in passato erano sulla fascia dei 180-200€). Le funzionalità che ho maggiormente apprezzato sono l’autofocus e la regolazione trapezoidale (keystone) automatica: ogni volta che il proiettore viene mosso/spostato, viene proiettata un’immagine in bianco e nero con una sorta di mirino al centro e scacchi agli angoli con cui il proiettore effettua la calibrazione automatica per ottimizzare la messa a fuoco e proiettare un’immagine rettangolare nonostante il proiettore non sia esattamente perpendicolare alla parete/telo. La qualità video è buona anche ad una certa distanza: io ce l’ho a circa 4 metri dalla parete e proietta un’immagine di circa 140” e la nitidezza e la luminosità risultano ancora buone anche se la stanza non è perfettamente buia. Avvicinando il proiettore alla parete/telo, luminosità e messa a fuoco migliorano ulteriormente. E’ possibile anche rimpicciolire l’immagine tramite la funzione zoom (digitale) tra 100% e 50%. La ventola di raffreddamento risulta essere abbastanza silenziosa e non copre l’audio che esce dal proiettore. Audio che, sebbene si senta bene, manca comunque di corposità soprattutto sulle frequenze basse, motivo per cui, personalmente, uso il proiettore in abbinamento ad una Amazon Fire TV Stick 4k (il proiettore ha 2 HDMI disponibili) e ad un impianto home theatre esterno. Altra funzionalità interessante è il fatto che il sistema operativo preinstallato è basato su Linux ed ha molte applicazioni disponibili da poter installare (alcune sono già presenti di fabbrica, tra cui ad esempio Netflix, YouTube ecc.). Alcune sono app native mentre altre sono fondamentalmente le versioni web delle stesse (es. Disney+) e queste ultime non sempre hanno lo stesso livello di usabilità di quelle native. Ho provato anche a visualizzare/ascoltare file multimediali da una chiavetta USB (il proiettore ha 2 porte USB standard e nessuna Type-C) e tutti quelli da me provati (video mp4 ed mkv sia con codifica h264 che h265, audio mp3 e flac, foto jpg) hanno funzionato correttamente. A livello di connessioni, il WiFi si è collegato senza problemi alla mia rete casalinga. Ha disponibile anche una porta ethernet RJ45. Ho provato anche il Bluetooth con delle casse esterne e l’audio si sentiva perfettamente e ben sincronizzato con il video. Idem dalla presa audio per jack da 3.5. Provate anche le funzioni di mirroring da un telefono Android e da un iPhone ed hanno funzionato perfettamente. Al momento dell’acquisto (03/04/2024), il proiettore era in promozione a circa 290€: a questo prezzo reputo il rapporto qualità/prezzo ottimo in quanto permette di acquistare un valido proiettore seppur con un investimento contenuto per questa tipologia di prodotto.

Questo è il terzo videoproiettore Wimius che compro, e che trovo ben realizzato e pienamnete rispondente alle caratteristiche illustrate dal produttore, che denotano la sua correttezza operativa, peraltro validata dalle numerosissime recensioni positive riportate su Amazon e, nel caso di questo apparecchio, dalla gratuita estensione della garanzia a tre anni. Questo recentissimo apparecchio, siglato K9, da poco protto da Wimius, si evidenzia per la presenza di alcune caratteristiche che rendono molto più pratica e rapida la sua messa in funzione, essendo dotato di autofocus e di autocorrezione trapezoidale, che, all'accenzione dell'apparecchio rilevano la distanza e l'inclinazione dell'apparecchio rispetto al piano piano di riproduzione, apportando automaticamente, nel giro di pochi secondi dalla pressione del tasto d'accensione, gli aggiustamenti necessari a rendere la corretta proiezione delle immagini. Operazioni che comunque rimangono sempre effettuabili o correggibili utilizzando il completo telecomando. La gestione di tutte le attività dell'apparecchio avviene tramite Linux, sistema operativo rivelatosi più adatto e più rapido nella gestione delle numerosissime funzioni di questo apparecchio, tutte attivabili esclusivamente dal telecomando, tranne l'iniziale accensione dell'apparecchio che avviene premendo l'unico pulsante presente, che, come detto, avvia anche le calibratura automatiche descritte. L'apparecchio dispone degli allacciamenti e dei collegamenti per tutte le periferiche di uso corrente e non, che risultano ben specificati nella scheda prodotto, ma è importante evidenziare che la connessione WiFi è la 6 e quella Bluetooth è la 5.2, e che, per i collegamenti di produzioni Ios e Android, che lo richiedono, vengono forniti anche i rispettivi dongle. Sono moltissime le applicazioni già installate, e le più note come NETFLIX, PRIME VIDEO e YOUTUBE attivabili direttamente dai tasti dedicati sul telecomando. Va segnalata la caratteristica, non comune per apparecchi appartenenti a questa classe non professionale di videoproiettori, di non dover oscurare completamente l'ambiente di proiezione, per porter godere di una buona proiezione, prerogativa, questa, normalmente riservata agli apparecchi professionali, di costo molto più elevato. L'apparecchio è dotato di diffusori interni, ma per usufruire al meglio dell'audio, conviene utilizzare diffusori esterni collegati tramite bluetooth che sfruttino il sistema Dolby di cui è dotato. Questo video proiettore ha un'estetica gradevole, caratteristiche funzionali di eccellenza, accomagnate dalla possibilità di poterno posizionare dove fa più comodo, anche soltanto col cavo di alimentazione a vista, quando, non è strettamente necessario il collegamento di cavi alla competa disponibilità di interfacce hardware ivi presenti. In ultimo, ritengo che il prezzo a cui viene proposto, può ritenerzi particolarmente interessante in relazione alle caratteristiche di eccellenza di cui dispone questo nuovo videoproiettore Wimius
