Fantastic Dash Cam for Big Bronco Owners
Absolute must-have as a driver, much less a Bronco owner. I've owned dash cams in the past on my previous vehicles, and always felt more at peace with them, frankly. So, when I bought my new Bronco, I was going to get the same brand as I had on my Shelby, but spotted this Fitcam. What got me was the seamless integration into the windshield, and the plug and play nature of the front camera. And, I will say, that it really does look like a factory piece. I don't like the fact that the connector kind of just hangs out behind the rear view mirror, but it is not distracting (and, to be fair, I could probably find a way to tuck it in better). But the plastic cover with the camera inside it (that looks factory) is fantastic. Can't really tell it's there at all. The version I purchased has a rear-view camera as well and, while it may seem strange to have one on a Bronco (as in "where do i mount it?"), I just ran the wire along the passenger's side trim (making sure to miss the deployment angle of the side airbags), then mounted the camera right on the roll bar plastic trim in the rear by the dome light, with the lens pointed out the back window. Works perfectly to do what a dashcam needs to do. I do like the 4K ability, but to be fair, it is nothing like a true "high res" camera or anything. I think picking up a license plate number at a distance would be a challenge, but again, it does what it needs to do - document in case of an accident. I did repurpose it as a bit of a "GoPro-ish" trail camera once, and while it would never replace a GoPro, it will work fine at that, too, if you don't have a GoPro camera. So... double duty right there! The App is a breeze to use, as well. Very simple. If you have a Bronco, you need this.

Not cheap but works great
This is for the F&R camera package for the 23 Bronco. Integrated with the rear view mirror nicely. I like that there isn't cables all over and you wouldn't know there is a dash cam there. Easy enough to install. Picture quality is good. I don't have the sun filter but haven't noticed a problem. Working with the phone app isn't a lot of help so if I want some of the vids I pull the card & take it to the laptop. I live in a very beautiful and very rural area so sometimes I want to get vids of the scenery from the drives I make into town. Rear cable was plenty long but they need to provide better cable management for section you may now be able to hive behind interior trim. I would recommend for a Bronco if they can swallow the cost.

Compatibility
I would give this 6 stars for the super easy install. Literally was only 3 min. However…..apparently not compatible with my Luxe package?? Would not receive power from the vehicle. Couldn’t get an answer from the manufacturer for troubleshooting help.

Great so far.
Got it after a small fender bender where someone intentionally hit me and insurance incorrectly put me at fault. Unfortunately I had no evidence to dispute so I purchased this for the future just in case. I’ve had other cameras and they just look clunky and I hate wires everywhere. This one is hardly noticeable and looks factory. It was super easy to clip on and wire up. Just connects right into the rearview mirror. I took one star off as I wish the harness was a bit smaller and packed into the camera itself. it just bundles up behind the mirror, but still the easiest and most clean install I’ve seen yet.

Great product
Very easy install and works great! The app is very easy to use and the video quality actually was much better than I expected. It looks 100% stock and blends it very well. Not an issue with the camera but getting the stock shell part off was a pain and felt like I was going to break it but with some force is popped off fine.

Not quite as easy to install as it should be
I just received my Dashcam for the Ford Bronco. The one issue I had was getting the OEM cover off to install the Fitcam replacement. The provided tool was a bit to flimsy. I reached out to support for advice and they misunderstood the question. (Next time I'll have my native Chinese speaker in the house translate for them) I had a friend come over with better tools and we were able to get the OEM cover off. Once that was done, installation was simple. I did have some connection issues that I need to resolve on my end, but did get the app to connect to the camera. Another issue is the transfer speed. Having to keep the vehicle running and 5 minutes per file was to much. I pulled the SD card and used the provided reader to download it to my computer. The video quality, however, is great! We'll see how things go over the next few months. An update. The review mirror in my Ford Bronco now dims in daylight instead of when a high beam hits it at night. It appears that when I unplugged the power to the mirror to install everything, something went off. If I put my finger over the sensor, it brightens back to normal. While working on it, we found that when we twisted the mirror to clear the case, (We were removing it for troubleshooting), the mirror returned to normal. The OEM casing is back on and yet the issue persists, I've contacted both support and Ford. It may be that killing the power to the mirror requires some sort of reset. I have details what we did for troubleshooting to Support. Maybe they've run into this before? Second update. The problem was resolved and it was stupid. The mirror was upside down. I notified support so they can add this to their troubleshooting notes.
