My husband has prostate cancer and this cushion makes sitting down more comfortable.

It's not as firm as reviews would have you believe, but it needs a bit of sitting on to make more comfortable. It seems to help. Arrived fast; the pillowcase is very useful. Hope it will last.

I bought this product for my mum because she damaged her tail bone and she was in so much pain but she has had it for a day now and she hasn't had any pain at all. It has helped her posture and stop all pains she would normally get. Would definitely recommend to anyone who is in pain or has a bad posture, super comfy and definitely works a treat.

This is ideal for me as I am a large lady. Bear in mind if you don't want a very firm donut, don't buy this one.

Didn’t like this. Was far too firm. I wanted it for sitting up in bed but no good for that. Was far too high and too firm.

Have to get it very central under your bum or it’s a bit wobbly , but it’s comfortable and helps ease back pain when sitting

My fault because I didn’t read the description which said it had a hard/ firm base, and it was far to hard for a lightweight like myself. I was perched high off the sofa. Maybe fine for heavy gentleman but doubtful for ladies and if you need in bed ridiculous.
