These steel litter boxes are a godsend and worth every penny. This one in particular was a good value and actually identical to the one I bought 4 years ago so I'm happy. Nice and deep/tall so they retain litter well (as well as can be for tracking). Built strong. My other is 4 years old and only has a bit of light scratching on bottom, nothing to fret about. These boxes are so much better for your kitty, cleaner and don't gouge or are porous. They clean up and dry much quicker than plastic boxes. They like the smell better because they don't absorb the stink. I like it too, I've noticed a difference since I've binned the plastic litter pan and have both litter boxes as steel. They're also great for if you have a big beast of a cat like a Maine Coon. I'm so glad I found this one for the price (and not $60-70) and bit the bullet, I'll never go back to plastic boxes but at my cats age, I think these steel boxes will outlast him.

Stainless steel litter boxes really do not hold odors like the plastic ones. This one is large and perfect for my 4 cat household! The taller sides keep the litter from landing on the floor. This is an excellent price for this large well made litter box. I’ve used it for a couple of months and am asking myself why I didn’t switch to stainless steel sooner! I’ve not had any odors from this litter box and I’m so happy I purchased this!

This think is fabulous!!! The cats like it, especially the big guy, because it is sturdy and doesn't overbalance when I puts is paws on the edge to stand up inside. It is SO easy to scoop from, and to clean. I've had a lot of litter boxes over the years; this one is hands-down the best, and it's going to last forever.

The only disappointment I have is that this litter box is smaller than the one it replaced. Other than that, I can barely tell how many cats I have in my home because this helps control the odor of the litter and cats. It is not as deep as I would like, but despite that, my two cats still use it and did not reject it when I switched them from the old box - and they do not have any issues getting in or out of it. It fits nicely in the spot that it is housed, but I was disappointed to see how small it was for the cost. But it does what I need it to do, and that is what matters the most.

This litter box is perfect for my little kitten—and for my small bathroom. It’s compact and easy for him to hop in and out of. Unlike other (plastic) litter boxes, this one doesn’t trap odors, which is a huge win! It’s super easy to clean and has a very minimalistic design, which I love. Simple, functional, and a total game-changer.

If you're in a position where you can invest in these (maybe even just one at a time)...do it. The smell reduction alone is worth the dollars. Plus both of my spoiled kitties seem to prefer the metal to the plastic tubs they grew up with. Remember: one cat = 2 litter pans, two cats = 3, three cats = 4. Place in different quiet locations, easily accessible to your cat (and you for cleaning). Got a multi-story house? Pans on each level. Don't place near noisy appliances, or your cat's food/water bowls. Scoop daily & clean regularly to encourage good habits.
