Hits the spot when you're craving cheesy, saucy meals but staying low-carb. The texture is solid, it holds sauce well, and it doesn't feel like a "diet" replacement at all. Definitely staying in my regular rotation.

Kaizen pasta is such a great low carb pasta alternative! I have really enjoyed the ziti, radiatori and rice! For some reason the cavatappi in the 3 boxes that I ordered were not shaped properly and did not cook well. So my only critique is with the cavatappi and not the 3 types that I tried.

I fell for a website review that gave this product a 5 star (later I found out that website was sponsored by Kaizen).... I cooked it as directed and the taste and texture of this pasta was NOT GOOD. Tasted very grainy and it did not taste like I thought a pasta should taste. My brother in law told me about Dreamfields....I tried their spaghetti and I loved that one....I will not buy Kaizen anymore...AND....CAN NOT BE RETURNED.......

I have bought different types of pasta, made from Shitaki mushrooms, mung beans, but this is the worse inedible non-pasta I have ever bought...save your money, smells like dirty wet carpet, doesn't taste any better. This is not food. 😳 If I could give it a minus star I would!

I tried this for the first time last night. It actually is quite good. However, you have to know you will probably want to boil it for twice as long as the instructions say. I followed the instructions at first and gosh, they were much more solid than al dente, that's for sure. So, I recommend boiling them in salted water for 10 minutes or even more if you like them really soft. They are still thick and pretty chewy so different than the real thing, but probably the closest to the real thing as I've ever found. They are much too expensive for most people's budget, in my opinion.
