One of the most iconic and influential albums ever, Pink Floyd's 'The Dark Side of the Moon' celebrates its 50th Anniversary. The album was partly developed during live performances, and the band premiered an early version of the suite at London's Rainbow Theatre several months before recording began. 'The Dark Side of the Moon' is the eighth studio album by Pink Floyd, originally released in March 1973. The new material was recorded in 1972 and 1973 at EMI Studios (now Abbey Road Studios) in London. The iconic sleeve, which depicts a prism spectrum, was designed by Storm Thorgerson of Hipgnosis and drawn by George Hardie. 'The Dark Side of the Moon' has sold over 50 million copies worldwide. Always loved this album. Still making it into album charts and still going strong for 55 years. At one stage spent a massive 14 years in the album charts WOW. Some of these manufactured crap can't last 14 minutes. Anyway just love this album to bits.

Yeah great album, great sound blah blah blah... but total kudos to the production of this as a physical item. The cover feels velvet, two posters, two stickers and the inner sleeve features an acid free liner... Small details but it shows a pleasing level of attention to detail

Prompt delivery, lovely sounding vinyl, sticker issue
lovely vinyl but the stickers were folded around the gatefold beaning they had a crease in them

Love this vinyl!! It was one of the classic rock vinyls I had to have. The sound is great as expected. The only song that sounded a bit too grainy for me was “The Great Gig in the Sky” when the vocals started. I still love it though and truly believe if you are a Pink Floyd fan you should buy it!!!
