Shipping was very fast. Took about an hour to put together, instructions were very clear. It’s pretty sturdy for the cost, seems pretty well built. The adjustability on it is pretty good, you can adjust to the point where you don’t hit any real dead spots, meaning there is no resistance. It doesn’t take up a whole lot of space either which is a big bonus. Perfect for leg extensions and seated leg curls. I would definitely recommend if you’re trying to build your home gym on a budget but still want good quality.

Great compact and versatile machine. Sturdy and well made. Not commercial-grade gym level, but it's not meant for that. Price point is great, and it's solid for leg curls & extensions. It's not included in their marketing, but I can do hip thrusts on it, as well as well as glute kick backs. It's maybe not 100% designed for these exercises, but it works and adds another possible use for it in the home gym. I'm not particularly engineering-inclined, but I was able to assemble this by myself (took me a couple hours, but could be done much faster if you're more versed in assembling things like this.) Huge shout out to their packaging engineers. Everything was well marked & labeled for assembly, and was securely padded/protected for shipping. Takes up minimal floor space and I'm using it daily in my workouts. Highly recommend.

It's a really compact machine and gets the job done.

After using it for several months now, I’m loving this machine! Easy to assemble. Smooth movement during workouts and simple transition from leg extensions to hamstring curls. It has a compact footprint which is perfect for a garage home gym.

Works well and gives a great burn during my workouts. It's not commercial grade and never claimed to be. One thing put weights on the back peg, or it can flip forward depending on you work out weight when not seated in the machine.

For $240 it’s solid. Resistance is decent. Relatively simple to install and is a decent size for smaller spaces. I’d recommend

Update- I had to chop a star off of this product. I've noticed a lot of flex in the base when doing leg curls and even worse with extensions. I will likely throw this away and spend extra for a more stable unit. This unit works surprisingly well, offering excellent range of motion and solid intensity with just 135 lbs. While it can’t handle much more without thinner plates, it feels heavier in use than expected. I wouldn’t trust it with 300 lbs—it lacks the sturdiness. I had to update my reviw...despite the negatives, the positives outweigh the negatives. Padding is mediocre, and rear storage only fits standard plates. Despite that, it’s hard to find a compact setup with sit-up, leg curl, and ab crunch features. For the price and footprint, it’s a smart buy.

Very happy with my purchase of this leg extension and curl machine. I was able to put this together myself with minimal help from my son. It has a small footprint, which was very important for me since my space is not very big. I find that laying down curls are uncomfortable on my lower back, so this machine help me work that muscle with out the discomfort on my lower back. Definite recommend for your home gym!

This is a fantastic Leg Extension/Curl machine for my home gym. I received my machine with the GMWD logo printed on the back pad and the knobs are in chrome finish. The foot pad/roller seems to be straight now which was a minor issue of the old model. The parts are very well labeled. The shipping box that it came with is very thick and it was delivered in perfect condition. Amazon coupon reduced the price by a $100.00. Overall, the machine is working smoothly and I enjoy every minute using it. I highly recommend.
