I was very ill and unable to keep down food for months. I finally started feeling better when I started my day with one of these shakes. Started recovering after I started that routine. It’s thicker than the normal version but not in an off putting way. I like the extra protein. They have another version that also adds fiber that really upset my stomach. I’ve only tried chocolate and recommend. Any time I’m hungry and can’t decide what to eat I grab one of these.

I've been drinking these when I'm to sick to eat for years. The chocolate is the best tasting one, and has been really helpful for me maintaining my weight. Definitely consider these if you're dealing with chronic sickness. They taste so much better than the ensure drinks that it's unreal.

This is very tasty. I was disappointed in the amount of sugar. It's pretty high I switched tti their 30 gram protein one with less sugar and love it!!

I'm drinking 2 Boost drinks a day to add protein to my daily diet on the advice of several Doctors for my wound healing. I had surgery in December and about 2 1/2 weeks later the site opened up (the consensus is radiation related). The Boost along with protein bars is hopefully helping the wound healing along. I do like the chocolate flavor, I've had the vanilla and personally didn't care for it.

Boost products usually are great, taste amazing, and have lots of nutrients, are good for a healthy snack. The ones I received were dented pretty bad, and many had a rancid taste I had to throw out - the seal had broke and didn't have the typical "snap" from opening one. Be very careful with the dented ones, and make sure each one is properly sealed by inspecting the lid after opening. On the damaged ones, there are visible liquid stains on the lids, as well as no longer being air-tight. The expiration date is only 5 months from the day I received them! These drinks are supposed to last 12-18 months, so they are shipping out old stock. Just buy at the store, where you can more easily inspect for damage and expiration dates. Ordering soylent from Amazon has the same issues - dented bottles and upcoming expiration dates - but those bottles have foil seals which seem to take the rough shipping better. Won't be buying any more food from Amazon.
