These pads are far superior to Poise pads. I was at Walmart, and they were out of the Poise pads #6, so bought the TENA pads. I had never heard of this brand before, but once I tried this product; I never went back to Poise pads. TENA pads are longer, wider, more comfortable, and more absorbent. The adhesive liner keeps the pads in place with no shifting or bunching. Also, they are a great value for the money.
