I bought a 15-pound brisket and hoped for the best. I coated the brisket with seasoning, let it sit in the refrigerator for 24 hours, then brought it to room temperature and added more seasoning before putting it on the smoker. I used a mix of hickory and apple wood to smoke it. I kept the temperature at 225°F for 15 hours, took the brisket off, wrapped it in butcher paper, and placed it in a cooler for 6 hours. The result? A delicious, tender, and perfect brisket! The Brisket Magic seasoning isn’t too salty, and it offers great value with high-quality ingredients.
