My hair was black, and I left it on for 25 minutes and got the most beautiful dark cinnamon brown color! Just lighter enough but not shockingly different. Because of the length of my hair I got three boxes the first time and thank god I did! After washing and drying I was able to see the blonde that I missed and was able to fix it right away.
