As someone who has never been "regular", after taking this consistently, I am for the first time in my life. I have noticed regular bowel movements and improved sleep/relaxation in the evenings. My insomnia is not nearly as bad. I definitely recommend. It does not give me an upset stomach and I don't usually take it with food. I love that I do not feel bloated anymore throughout the day.

I love this stuff
I love this product.. I have ankylosing spondylitis, fibromyalgia and ra. Before I started this supplement I was waking up 3-4 times a night and moving to different beds in the house trying to find comfort. I started this supplement and the very first night I slept through the night.. I've been taking this every night before bed and within 20 minutes I'm ready for bed . My pain level is easing more almost every day.. I only take one daily.. my husband had noticed I've been sleeping better and wanted to try it.. it worked for him as well but after a week had to stop taking it .. after further investigation I found it interacts negatively with statins.. so be warned.. but I will continue to use this.. thank you Soo much

An excellent product that really does help
Magnesium helps so much if you have leg cramps when you sleep. I know so many people that use magnesium, and I like to have it on hand for when I do need it. I do not take it every day, but two or three times a week and it does work well.
