I love the sol de Janeiro brand it all smells so delicious. However, once you apply to the hair, it still smells good when the hair is dry it no longer has that sol de janeiro smell. And that’s a shame however it does make my hair not feel dry. I love how it does add a little bit of shine to my hair I would purchase it is a bit pricier so I don’t use it all the time.

Had a gift card so I purchased the smaller bottles to try it out. very nice, left hair soft,smell of course is nice. A but pricey but if you can afford it, buy it, you won't be disappointed.

I love this shampoo and conditioner set. It smells so good, just like the other lotion and products. My hair is clean and well conditioned after using the set. I can go a day or two between washes.

This is honestly one of the best-smelling shampoos I’ve ever tried. It has a warm, tropical scent with a touch of nuttiness that makes it feel luxurious — not like the overly sweet or artificial tropical fragrances out there. Unfortunately, it just doesn’t perform well for my hair type. I have thin, fine hair that’s half virgin and half bleach-damaged from growing out old highlights. It doesn’t give enough hydration to my damaged ends, leaving them dry and a little “Velcro-like,” while the natural hair near my scalp feels weighed down and slightly sticky. It also takes much longer for my hair to air-dry — around eight hours compared to about one hour when I use Redken or Pureology. After washing, my hair never feels purely clean, and it’s noticeably harder to detangle. Overall, while I adore the scent and packaging, the formula didn’t work for my fine, partially damaged hair. It performs similarly to Pantene in terms of results for my texture, so I probably wouldn’t repurchase — but someone with thicker or less damaged hair might love it.
