I drink this every night. So far , so good. I have no trouble falling asleep

Works great for sleep, I am relaxed and have a well rested sleep with it. Before using this my sleep was awful, hard time falling and staying asleep. The taste is fine and I don’t mind it considering the calories. I mix mine with 1/2 hot water 1/2 almond milk

I feel totally mislead by the marketing. They say it tastes like hot chocolate and they show women using hot water with the mix. I’m sorry but this tastes NOTHING like hot chocolate. Just watered down coco. I even tried using less hot water and also tried using only almond milk and STILL was awful taste. The only use I now have for it since I can’t return it- is to just add it to my chocolate protein shakes. Unbelievable. So upset I spent this much on this product

Love this for my sleep. I am in perimenopause & my sleep has been horrible.

I think this is a good product, and love that it can become part of an evening ritual that supports healthy sleep. Just not enough product for the money.

Perfect solution for my needs!!! Also mixed it with essential oils and put on my scalp for hair loss! 💯💯💯🫶🏻🫶🏻🫶🏻❤️❤️❤️

Great Night Time Drink and works

Absolutely love this product! Sleep like a baby and wake up feeling great. It's not the sweetest which is great for me, as other similar products often have an artificial sugar taste. If you're a fan of traditional cocoa and value a good night's sleep - this is for you!

I love this! I can't speak to the health properties as I don't have this drink every night or consistently enough, but I definitely get a better sleep on the nights that I have it. My favourite part is the taste, it's a beautiful chocolate flavour but it isn't too sweet and doesn't taste artificial like a lot of other supplements. I follow the instructions and then top up with a bit of milk, warming and filling evening drink.

I definitely sleep better when I have this. I mix with water not milk. It's kind of like unsweetened cocoa power.

I have replaced my regular hot chocolate with this in the evening and, although not quite as tasty, it is still nice (I add a 1/2 teaspoon of my regular hc). Like millions of other women I suffer from poor sleep patterns and have found my sleep to be HUGELY improved since taking this - like successful every night for 40 nights so far. Prior to having the WelleCo The Evening Elixir I was taking Swisse Sleep natural sleep remedy tablets with intermittent results and some grogginess in the morning. I well prefer my hc remedy although it is expensive.

Tastes amazing, and helps put me to sleep. I’ve really noticed a difference in my skin hair and overall health since using the evening elixir and the super greens.
