This is a great product, it’s light thin and very easy to install, it should be waterproof , it looks good and I’m happy with this purchase , I’ve included before and after photos!

Perfect fit..

These are so much better than your standard foam tiles. I bought these because we were having a leak in our ceiling, that we were fighting with insurance to get fixed. These have been very good about not staining with their dripping water. And they are holding up very well. No issues at all. They were also so easy to cut to size when they had to be altered for the corners.

I purchased these but I was a little skidish because they were "PVC" printed tiles and not the standard drop ceiling tiles. I finally replaced some old and damaged tiles and I was very surprised by the clean look and how they blended in with my original tiles. I will be buying more to replace the older dirty ones also. Red arrows show new tiles.

The tiles were very easy to work with, easy to cut. They look great. It really brightened up our family room.

These do look like the standard tiles. They are indeed easy to cut (easier than standard tiles), Score across the back ( and the PVC is soft enough to score easily) and bend to snap off at the score. My drop cieling grid is very close to the cieling itself so removing a standard thickness tile is quite a chore. As these are significantly thinner, they slid in without effort. (So far I have only replaced on to see how they cut and because the old ones are hard to get out, but I am looking forward to getting all of my tiles replaced. Initially these seemed a bit pricy until I started pricing tiles at the big box hardware store. Turns out these are right on the money for pricing.
