Wow, these have some energy kick! Really seem much stronger than their regular line of product. I have mixed feelings about the flavors. The lemonade is great, but the strawberry and grape are both sweeter than I prefer, however, that's just a personal preference. I add a splash of lemon juice to cut the sweetness. I love these because I can throw a couple into my purse or workbag and be set for the day. The 4C brand is the best value on the market for these energy drink packets. I have also found that these work better and have a better flavor than most other pricier brands on the market.
