Q: How many crisps are approximately in each bag?

Q: The bag says, "popped, never fried." What is "popped" in these? They're primarily made of rice flour and milled corn.

SO what they mean by pop never fried is that they kind of pop the rice like popcorn and it turns into rice crisps. They are gluten-free so I don't think that they use flour.

Q: Does is keto friendly?

It's not necessarily unfriendly but you can only have one or two and if you're on keto I'm assuming your carbs around 30 a day or less so are they keto friendly not necessarily bad for you not necessarily but you may be giving up potential meal where you can have carbs. I did keto for 6 months I didn't eat rice cakes but when I stop keto I was still relatively low carbs and then I start incorporating rice cakes into my diet and it's a nice snack food so again. It's really bad and you just have to be careful you don't want to fall out of ketosis over some rice cakes
