I made a mistake and thought I was getting olive oil nonstick spray. Now I will tell you why I gave it five stars. First of all, I should have read it before I bought it. Secondly, it works great. It does not give the food an avocado taste, and It does what it says it does. It keeps the food from sticking when you are cooking in a pan. I will repurchase this simply because it does a good job of the same as using spray olive oil. There is no aftertaste, and I do not taste the avocado. So, my mistake introduced me to a new product, which I am glad I did.

Low calorie, great cost, easy to use just a quick spray, and tastes like normal coconut oil, and oil. it lasts for so long.

Very good clean ingredients

This should not be used in place of non stick spray such as pam.
