Pump broken so no way of using.

Sadly I have to leave one star. I love this oil but when the product arrived the pump was broken so I had no way of administering the correct amount of oil, which is usually 2 pumps. I don’t want to start unscrewing the attachment to guess how much I need, has anyone else had this problem?
