I LOVE this Benfotiamine+ supplemeny! It gives me a nice little boost in the morning and has been major help with my carpal tunnel tingling and numbness. It was waking me up at night, and that was really messing with my sleep quality. But since using this - I am having nearly no issues, even after a day of chopping veggies or braiding my little girls hair. Highly recommend

Better than regular
Benfotiamine absorbs much better than regular thiamine (Vitamin B1). I feel more energetic and focused since I started taking it. Definitely worth it!
