Haven't had any weight loss yet after two days of use but not drinking all the water your supposed to either. Today I'm going to drink more water and see if that works.

They do not work! Lost no weight at all with this product. But I continued the low carb diet, without the gummies, and I'm down 10 lbs. Do not waste your money. You can cut carbs without buying this product.

I don't feel jittery or have upset stomach with these like many of the supplements. I also haven't noticed much difference since taking them.

The taste of these gummies isn't any different than drinking apple cider vinegar. The main reason I ordered these was for the convenience. It's easier for me to remember to take a few gummies than to drink ACV. My husband tried these and now loves them. He likes the sour/vinegary taste of it. They seem to help with our various issues but we haven't taken them for long enough to say that for certain. Neither of us have noticed any issues or problems eating them. They aren't tasty (to me) but they are more convenient and it's easier to travel with them.
