Amazon support is great
I am satisfied with the tablet but the 5 stars is for the Amazon Support. They were very responsive and supportive with the issues. The tablet was great. I love it. It is a Verizon branded tablet and complains each time I start it because the sim is not Verizon. It is an annoyance but because the tablet is so amazing I can deal with it.

DO NOT BUY
Device locked with Sennco DPC right out of the box completely unusable for personal use. This wasn’t disclosed in the listing. Had to return it. Not happy.

Great tablet using on T-Mobile no issues, I was worried about that after reading reviews. But it runs great and works great on the 5G network. Would recommend.

Despite the seller's representations the device is not provider unlocked.
Quick delivery and excellent packaging. The unit shown no wear, marks or scratches. The unit is operational. So why the three star rating? The device is carrier locked to AT&T despite the listing as being carrier unlocked. The price is good even for a carrier locked device, so why lie about the status? A significant lie makes it very hard to trust the seller about anything. A carrier lock makes the 5G connectivity much less valuable and makes purchasing a online plan a source of great frustration. Tell the truth and actually provide provider unlocked devices, it makes life much more pleasant for everyone.

Nice tablet and deal, BUT ...
As "renewed" it almost looks new! (slight blemish on the back), but overall would show as new! (shiny screen and no dents) It has all the features and is unlocked BUT ... it still has the Verizon programming in/on it! Though I'm using it with a T-Mobile data card/sim. It does work but, still reboots with the Verizon logo and it's software! And the Verizon software is inter-twined in the battery functions and some other things. Will research to see if I can totally remove the Verizon stuff or not. :( (And the Verizon software automatically loaded a lot of bs games and small items when it started up!) But, the tablet does seem fully functional and time will tell if there's any major issues or drawbacks. Have just used it inside with Wi-fi to update the OS and features. Added the mobile data sim card plan and know that it works. Will add/port a phone number on it and will be trying it "in the field" soon enough to see if it maintains a connection etc. Oh, yes it seems fast enough on functions and easy to use. But, I'm not a regular tablet user so expect it to function smoothly. :)
