Is the pencil fine point?

Definitely NOT a fine point which is why I like it. I use it as eyeliner and appreciate the creamy consistency to get a broad, soft line to blend with eyelashes.

is this eyeliner waterproof?

Not completely for me but my eyes water a lot. It more smudges than anything else It's a great product but if you want it to stay to go swimming or cry I wouldn't choose this.

Does it advance on its own? Keep trying twist it and it’s not working. Super sad bc the color is gorgeous!
