Works great! Cleared out my nose better than my prescription nose sprays! The first time I used it I did feel a little burning, but not bad....just knew it was working! With the xilotol it has a sweet after flavor if it drips down the back of your throught, unlike the nasty flavor from some of the prescription allergy nose sprays.

This Max version is better than the standard. The capsicum isn't overly powerful. Just enough yo get the job done. Since I started using this product, I have stopped using prescription meds. I felt that I was on them too long and over medicated. I like this spray because use it as needed without over doing prescription meds.

Since finding this spray a couple years ago…quite by accident, I’ll always keep it stocked, and have a few extra to give away to those who need immediate relief.
