This brand is far more expensive than other peppermint oil. Is there a reason that justifies the cost?

My doctor explained that in order for the peppermint oil to make it past the stomach acids, IBGard is coated with a delivery system to make it to the lower gut to treat IBS. Most peppermint oil products treat stomach symptoms only, and don’t have this coating, which I presume is the reason for the steep price.

Is this something you take everyday or just when trouble starts?

Use 30 minutes after meals. Everyday. I use 1 to 2 capsules depending on how I feel and what I ate.

Any sugar in this item?

41.5 my of peppermint oil. Don't know how much of that is sugar. But the product is amazing!

ive used colpermin and it didnt help, is this a different kind of peppermint oil?

I don't know if it's a different kind of peppermint oil. What I think is the difference is the way IBgard is delivered. I think it's something about how it's made and then how it's delivered in your body that is different from other types of peppermint oil pills. I would definitely recommend you try it because it has been great for me when other types weren't.
