Originally I ordered the 9" loops because I thought the 12" would be too large based on the measurements they suggest. I'm 5'7" and 130lbs and the 9" loops are too small for me to use during most of the workouts but the 12" are perfect. After having these for about a month I can feel the difference in my leg strength between when I first started using them and now. I don't have any issues with them rolling up on me like a lot of reviewers said. As long as you make sure you get the right size for your body, you should be fine. They seem to be pretty solid, meaning I've done quite a few exercises and haven't seen signs of them ripping. My only issue (and I'm pretty sure it's me and not the loops) is that during certain workouts I can't get the 12" loops to stay around my foot. They constantly slide off the toe of my shoes. But that's where I'm glad I kept the 9" loops. My shoes don't have that dedicated indent below the ball of my foot so there's nothing to hold the loops in place. However, with the smaller loops I don't have as many issues. All in all, I'm very happy with my purchase and I would definitely recommend these.

The bands resistance bands are so easy to use and they are durable. If your looking for Fitness bands then these are the bands to buy. The size and thickness of the bands make them easy to wrap around your hand

It's impressive how resilient these are. The first time I used them, it felt like they would snap. After a week of use, they work as advertised!

Love to use these for the BODi series as the colors match for the workouts. Plus easy to travel with!

I bought the 9-inch pack prior to buying this one, and I've had them for over a year. I bought this pack and the green band ripped in my first use of using it for 80-day Obsession Beachbody workout. I know they frequently rip and tear based on what type of shoe you are wearing. I just didn't expect it to Tara my first use, so I wasn't very happy with it. Otherwise the yellow and the blue or holding up great and I've used them a bunch of times with no issues, and I just combined it with the 9-inch green that I have. Great for Beachbody 80-day obsession! Will need to buy again to replace my green one 12in.

I typically don't write reviews but felt I had to with this one. I received these bands on Friday and used them for the first time this morning as I was completing week 2 of 21 Day Extreme Real Time. It was Pilates day. I began by using the yellow band as this was my first use of the bands. First it was a struggle to keep it from rolling down. I had to stop the video to adjust the band. I began to complete the first move and the band broke! I was not even 30 secs in the exercise! I then tried the Green band. It broke while I was trying to adjust it on my thighs. I know I have a few pounds to lose but I am about a size 8 or 10. I certainly don't think the band should have broke while I was adjusting it! I would have thought for their own products - Beach Body bands would have been better. That's why I bought them! I am disappointed with the bands and more importantly I lost the impact of todays' workout.

Been using these bands for 6 months. And they are made of a really strong material because the other brand my sister had just snapped upon stretching. I've had other bands from Walmart and they were flimsy and thin. I'm glad I got these!
