Do they have an expiration date?

I don't have a can in front of me so I can't say for sure, however expiration dates are largely meaningless for canned foods. This may help you... http://www.npr.org/sections/thesalt/2012/12/26/167819082/dont-fear-that-expired-food

Is this a pack of 12 cans? or 12 hot dogs?

This has changed. Its now 6 dogs per can.

Does this have soy in it?

Yes, it contains soy (soy protein isolate and flour), and it contains wheat as well.

Can these links be frozen for thawing and use later?

I've eaten these all my life. Yes you can freeze them. Just make sure the franks are immersed and frozen in the juices from the can to help with preservation. When you unthaw them they will still taste the same.
