Very Adjustable and Comfortable
I love how adjustable it is, and comfortable! I must have purchased at least 15 different bras (compression bras included) for my post breast explant surgery, and then I found this one. I purchased the medium (orig 36 D) and at first it was snug right after surgery (38 C) but as my swelling went down I was still able to adjust accordingly. The medium worked well, I ended up at 36B/C and I was able to use it through my recovery. Overall great bra.

Great value
Just what I needed after my surgery. Comfortable, good support, easy to launder, hooks work well. Better than anything I could find in a store.

Sizing is wonky, but SO worth it.
I bought this bra because my previous chest surgery gave me a lot of necrosis issues due to the crap bra they gave me in post-op. So, I bought this in hopes of skipping the drama this go around.... and I did. I have not had a single issue with any of it. The seams are smooth AND there is no worry about snagging on stitches or skin. The extra compression is so easy to use. I love the material; it is so soft. It has a lot of stretch, almost too much stretch. The straps have been the best part- my other post-surgery bra given to me by the doctor SUCKED compared to this. I am not so fond of the sizing chart as this will be my THIRD attempt at exchanging for a smaller size- I've gone from an XXL to an XL and now down to an L. Hopefully, the L will work this time. But once you get the sizing down... so worth the money.

breast implant bra
Iโve had the same implants 32 years. Most of you are buying this bra for your recovery period after breast augmentation. Itโs comfortable and will be very helpful. If you havenโt gotten your surgery yet. I am fortunate to have the same implants all these years, out of every one I know some have had their implants replaced because of issues. But what you donโt know yet is, I never thought about 30+ years later. My golden years. Will I still want them? Will I have the financial means to remove them and have reconstructive surgery? Research that! Because you will not want them forever. And gravity happens so without a reconstructive surgery the skin will hang. I donโt have the money to do that right now. So I wait because insurance will help to remove, if the implants bust. But not for reconstructive surgery. And every mammogram, I am a nervous wreck. Because at some point one most likely will bust. This isnโt the only reason, I wish, Iโd never gotten the implants. But 26 year old me wouldnโt have listened. My best advice is, you will not want them forever, for many reasons. Love yourself the way you are.

Great support!
This bra is my new favorite! I've just had a breast reduction (from a 36 DDDDD) to a 36 B,(ish). 6 weeks in a compression bra. 24/7 . Fun! Not. But this bra is great. When I want pressure it is adjustable! Most of the time it's on the 2nd or 3rd tier and it hugs no my new little boobs and applies pressure without pain. The hot pink bra the hospital put me in went down a lot farther and made me feel more bloated than the surgery. This has enough stretch to allow me to breathe, but definitely a nice firm compression. No padding but it was easy to slip in a padded cup from the other bra. I'm told pantyliners work well too. Definitely worth every penny. However, I did have to have help (thank you sweet daughter) the first time despite the fact I've used front closure bras like this before. THERE ARE A LOT OF HOOKS! But after figuring out how tight I want the whole bra, the added ability to tighten the straps for even more support is a major plus. As far as sizing goes, I usually wear a medium. The maker suggested a small which would have been too small. The medium is perfect! But you may need help to fasten it first.

measure & read comments from customers who put their size & what they bought. it's helpful
I've bought about 15 bras since corrective surgery 9/29/26 Have spend >$ only all these bras than 20 years put together. seriously! we even went to a medical supply needs store with a script, that bra was a joke the material was stretchy like a beginner's trainer and the prescription was not honored so 83 $ there. @ least Amazon had better options, group buys, Velcro straps or hook & eye. choices R Great & return policy helpful if size chart is wonky. last 80% of all I've purchased Amazon have the proper tightness I needed.

Perfect after Explant Surgery!
This was a life-saver after my explant surgery!! My ribs were very sore for several months. This bra was one of only 2 bras that I was able to wear comfortably while still maintaining support. It came down far enough that I was able to wear my ABD pads comfortably over my incisions, which was so helpful! I actually removed the top/bottom strap, as I didn't need that type of support. After surgery, I was a 34 D/DD, and I purchased a medium in white. During the day, I wear it on the tightest hooks. At night, I wear it on the loosest hooks, so it's very versatile. It launders very wear and maintains its shape and size. I had purchased several other more expensive bras, but this one by far was my favorite and at an amazing price! I can purchase 3 of these for the price of other brands! Love it!

Large was a good fit for Breast Augmentation surgery (40A->40D)
I wore this bra (and the same white one) post Breast Augmentation. The front closure and not having to slide your arms through the arm holes made putting it on really easy, and I found it to be surprising comfortable. I used the top and bottom bands at the direction of my surgeon (removing first the bottom band and then the top band), and initially wore it 24/7 before switching to just wearing it at night. Make no mistake, it is not a thing of beauty - but it is surprisingly comfortable.

Runs large
I'm wearing this on the tightest fitting and it's still very big. I have just had breat lift and implants I went with xl as per size chart recommendations but it's very large.
