It works pretty well, kills yellowjackets pretty quickly and effectively. I live in Central Texas and have those big ass red wasps which are bigger and tougher than a yellowjacket. It takes a little more spray and takes a little longer to kill them, but it does get that job done as well. I didn't notice any weird lingering odor or any sticky residue or anything out of the ordinary when it comes to wasp spray, and ive sprayed windows. It works just fine and is good for the price. The stream jet or whatever you want to call it is pretty good on power and distance, nothing crazy there and no complaints. It foams up well when coating a nest or hive. I DO recommend this spray and WILL buy it again.

Wasps had me acting like I pay rent here but they own the place. The wasps around my house have been on another level lately. I’m pretty sure my neighbor has a nest in her overhang, and they’ve claimed the area around my HVAC unit too. Every time I tried to wash my car or just sit outside, they were dive bombing like I owed them money. This Spectracide spray came through. The stream is strong and reaches from a safe distance, which I appreciated because I was not trying to get that close. It works fast and actually knocked them down on contact. It seems to keep them away longer than the usual store brands I’ve tried before. I didn’t have to keep going back out every day to respray. If you’re dealing with aggressive wasps like I was, this is definitely worth having on hand.

This product is best for nests. The quick foaming action, quickly engulfs the nest and knocks down any occupants. The spray has a good reach to keep you out of harms way but its spray distance is more of a horizontal claim and not vertically from my testing. It is easy to use, just shake, pop the cap and spray in the direction that you want to eradicate. The only weakness in this product is how long it takes to actually exterminate a wasp. I sprayed 3 different types of wasp and tried to time when they would actually stop moving. They all took so long (more than 5 mins) that I lost patience and just stepped on them. Other brands that I have tried have an almost instantaneous effect, which is why I think this product is best for attacking nests.

I love this stuff it squirts about 35 ft where I don't have to get stung by wasp and yellow jackets it kills them pretty quick but I would suggest that you buy the 12 pack because that stuff uses fast go through a can pretty quick

Every year I buy another case of 12 cans of Spectracide Wasp & Hornet spray. We are afflicted with those pint sized hornets that pack such a terrible sting. I'm allergic to nothing, but these little bees' sting brings out a strong allergic reaction in me. So strong that I keep a whole case of this stuff on hand all the time. It literally knocks them dead out of the air. Now if only my aim was better! We have over a dozen nests on my property, in trees, in the ground, under stairs and between cracks even! Spectracide Wasp & Hornet spray is my first and best answer to bee nests. This stuff WORKS! We have so many bee nests that I'm here to order another case of this spray. And yes, it works on nests in the ground. Spray it directly into the nest's entrance hole and it foams up and soaks into the tube. It make take more than a single application, but a 2 second spray into the hole and you're safe again! You can't beat Spectracide Wasp & Hornet spray!
