So good! It does help with my shoulder & neck pain. It stays on forever, not coming off, and really easy to use it. It is a bit itchy in the beginning but works so well that I can tolerate the itching.

Tricky to put on yourself but other wise it does provide some relief

Well had to stop using them as they caused a rash on my neck, so if you have a sensitive skin ,do not use them

Was very pleased with this item, must put it on a reorder.

Not useful for quick relif.. I prefer to buy ginger and rub it on y shoulder. I wont buy it again. It did not work for me and found better patches on the market.

I bought these few months ago and they were great. I just purchased this week and it seems they had the heat ingredients added to them. I personally do not like the heat as my skin is sensitive. I do prefer the old product.
