Pants Stretchers for Jeans - Waist Waistband Stretcher, Heavy Duty with The Handle is Easy to Stretch

To stretch two pairs of Levi’s that have been in the closet due to my expanding waistline I rigged up a carpenters clamp and shims. After much travail it worked but how much easier and more effective this product is. It's thoughtfully designed and extremely well-made. With very clear instructions. Now I'm digging out old jeans I'd relegated to the Goodwill pile and giving them a second life. Highly recommended.

The device works really well. i was pleasantly surprised.

Very sturdy, definitely works. A little complicated with all the pieces, but once I got used to it it's good. I always stretch the waist of my jeans because my tummy is bigger proportionately. Sure makes my jeans more comfy to wear.

I am built like an ostrich and always have a hard time finding jeans that fit. Either they fit my legs but not my waist or they fit my waist and my legs are swimming. I’ve tried sizing up and taking them to the tailor, I’ve tried sizing down and having the tailor let out the waist. Literally everything except trying a waist extender. I’m mad I didn’t try it sooner. The clips on this one are really convenient and once you figure out that each side twists the opposite way of each other, it works great. Before and after pic to prove the difference. So happy I gave this a shot before I wrote off jeans forever.

This product is great...BUT!!! the screw part is poopy!!!! But some epoxy and fix this before you use it!!! I made the mistake of using it and the screw and threads stripped!! Now I don't know what to do!!!! Maybe get a tapping tool and retread the screwed part!!!!

The extender rod is difficult to install and difficult to keep in place while extending. It bends at the joint. This is poor design. It should simply have rods of different lengths, not rods that are added to the original rod. I only needed to stretch from 36" to 39". If I had to stretch more, I don't think it would work. These were jeans that I bought a long time ago at a great price. They fit then. They fit in the thighs and legs. Be sure the pants are wet when you stretch them.

this is crazy. this was so easy to use. idk what i was expecting but I didn't expect results overnight. I placed the stretcher in my jeans at 7pm and by noon the next day, they were stretched more than anticipated. thoroughly impressed bc I just bought these jeans from a company based in Switzerland and they fit perfect everywhere but the waist. exchanging them wouldve cost me and the size up probably wouldve been too big everywhere but the waist. cannot recommend this tool enough.

item works as advertised . however i was double charged $44.75 for it on 2 invoices. have contacted customer services and was told a refund would show on my TD visa card. no refund yet, please advise. tg

Awful. Fell apart when trying to use. Bolts in wooden brackets where the rod screws in could not withstand the pressure of use. Do not buy.
