Why did you choose this product over others?: I wanted these to fit under my motorcycle helmet without hurting my ears and to connect easily to my phone. These are slim and do not hurt my ears unlike some other makes I've tried. Connection is quick and reliable sound quality is good so overall pleased with these.

Very tiny and good secure fit. They stay in well during running and other activities. Very poor touch controls. This is the main reason for the low rating. It's difficult to reliably do simple actions like play/pause/skip/volume etc. It's hard to even tell where the touch point is. I resorted to using the controls on my smart watch instead which shouldn't be required. They sometimes power themselves off while wearing if part of my ear touches the control for long enough. Maybe this won't be a problem for all users depending on personal ear shape? The sound quality & battery life is fine for the price point.

I'm really impressed with these little buds. The sound isn't as good as the more expensive ones but that's to be expected, hence the 4* not 5*. However the sound is still very good. I bought these because all other ear buds I've had have been too big and uncomfortable. These are so comfy to wear and feel very secure. I'm really happy with them and would highly recommend them to those with small ear canals.

These are perfect if you have small ear canals and like to go to sleep listening to a podcast/radio etc. I have struggled for a long time to find ear buds that dont hurt after 30 mins. These are so comfortable and the sound quality for what I need is fine. The battery life is sufficient for my uses so no issues there. The price is good value so I would recommend this product if you have small ear canals and are looking for comfortable buds tou can side sleep in.

I recently purchased the SK19 wireless earbuds and charging case from your store but am experiencing an issue. After charging the case for over an hour with the earbuds inside, the case and earbuds have not charged beyond 60%. I would appreciate assistance in resolving this issue by providing troubleshooting steps or offering a replacement. However, I have now succeeded in charging the case to 100%. I think this was achieved by using a different lead or leaving the case open while charging and/oI recently purchased the SK19 wireless earbuds and charging case from your store, but I was experiencing an issue. These earbuds are so cute and adorable, but the sound quality is terrible. It's all high frequency treble, with no bass, and frequencies seem to be missing. The voice instructions where the woman speaks through the buds are in Chinese. I tried adjusting them using my phone equaliser, this made them worse. Reviews that say good quality need to try some Soundcore for quality!! These are fine for voice and podcasts, but not music.

My favourite. Really blend with the skin and are smallyet powerful. Easy to control and store.
