Speak Now World Tour Live

I gifted this to my daughter, but I settled down to watch it with her anyway. After a few minutes we were mesmerized with the quality of the shows. the recording was perhaps not the very best around (but that is only because of the constantly changing and shifting light show patterns and of course, HD recording has come a long way in 3 years). The songs themselves are from TS's early albums, and I have no problem with that since I consider her early work (more country oriented) to be superior to the recent RED. There is a decent amount of tracks, and some nice bonuses... but the main attractions are the shows themselves, and with those, we were surely satisfied... A warning... the DVD is in NTSC, even though it is region-free.... so unless you have a multi-system, which should be the norm anyway, better watch out.. Seeing my daughter cry with joy while watching this video? Priceless. Absolutely immensely quick service. Got home in less than two days.

I have only recently discovered how good Taylor Swift is both as an artist and performer. Although I had liked some of her earlier work with Love Story and 15. I then purchased her Fearless album. It was only last year when I got the Red album that I really discovered how talented Miss Swift is as a writer/singer and musician. I decided to see how good she was live and was lucky to get tickets for the Red Tour last month at the O2 I have to say I was blown away by her as a performer as well. On the strength of this experience I looked for dvd's and saw this Speak now Blu-Ray. A lot of the tracks I did not know before although she did perform Sparks Fly on the Red Tour. I have to say all of the tracks she performed on this Speak Now Tour Blu-Ray are great and makes me wish I had gone to see her earlier ! Her voice has a pure quality and her songs are catchy and her talent a a song writer and musician are self evident. I can understand why she has such a huge fan base and if like me you have recently discovered her full potential you need to get thus Blu-Ray. Compared with the dross that is around at the moment Taylor shines through and will be around for a long time I am sure. Yes I am now a confirmed Swiftie !

Taylor Swift is a great singer, but what I really admire her for is writing her own music. She's so young and so talented. I believe Speak Now is her best album so far - so many interesting, funny, lovely, beautiful songs - and her performance in the Speak Now tour is excellent. I hope Swift's next album (after Red) will be as interesting and creative as this one. Speak Now is definitely her best.

Hey Waddya going to say Taylor Swift is the best artist in the world, this is her only live album, she is note perfect, fantastically creative, sings many of her own songs with new arrangements and some greats by other artists. This album is glorious.

Taylor is probably my biggest and least secret "guilty secret." I really enjoy her earlier more country stuff. Her words are beautifully crafted, the melodies are sublime and the production is great. This album is brilliant and much better than the average live album. Well worth buying and playing on repeat - and trying on headphones in a private space...

I bought this on a whim to see what all the fuss was about and must admit I was pleasantly surprised. Swifty really is an entertainer who connects with her audience, albeit mostly young teenage girls. For those of us more mature people there is something there, and her style makes a refreshing change from all the superfluous bumping and grinding of a lot of her generation.

Fabulous performance by Taylor and support. Film and sound quality excellent. I love this artist 💗 but in truth her early material with the explosive country sound really stands out and she has captured it all on this dvd. Rush out and buy it you will not be disappointed.

I had been wanting to purchase this DVD for a while and when I finally found it on Amazon I was stoked. I received the DVD and was slightly disappointed that there was no CD with it; but having said that the content and quality of the DVD made up for the fact that there was no CD. The quality of this item was absolutely amazing and the content on the DVD was exactly what I wanted. I would advise anybody who loves Taylor Swift to buy this DVD. They will love it.

He de decir que no era muy devoto de Taylor Swift, pero hace poco decidí darle una oportunidad. Al decepcionarme del video de su último tour que hay en Apple Music, decidí comprar este DVD y valió la pena. No hay interrupciones, tiene canciones muy buenas y en general el show es bueno. Y tal como lo mencionan las reseñas en inglés, no se echa de menos el Blu-ray, ya que se ve excelente para ser un DVD. Otra mención aparte para la presentación del libro y los discos, da un efecto de 3D a primera vista. El servicio de Amazon estuvo excelente, como siempre.

Für alle die Fans von Taylor sind, ist das ein must have! Das Konzert ist der reine Wahnsinn! Die 18 Songs passen genau, die Choreografien der Tänzer/inen, alles Toll gemacht! Man muss es einfach gesehen haben! Die Bonus Features sind nicht lang, aber toll! Besonders die Home Movies! Aus jeden Jahr bis jetzt wird ein Video von Taylor gezeigt, bei der man ihr entwicklung vom Baby bis jetzt verfolgen kann! Bei den Rehearsals of The Speak Now Tour, werden kleine Einblicke gewährt zur Tour Vorbereitung! Ein Kleines Minus muss ich trotzdem loswerden! Hab mich ja tierisch gefreut, das die DVD auch in Deutschland erscheint, deswegen ärgert es mich doch etwas, das es keine untertitel gibt! Beim Konzert und beim Rehearsals sagt sie was, aber nicht jeder der Fan von ihr ist kann Englisch so gut, das man versteht was Sie sagt! Aber es geht ja um das Konzert und das ist Spitzenklasse! Deswegen kann ich nur 5 sterne geben! Denke wenn man die Musikrichtung mag, dann isses auch was für Leute, die Taylor nicht kennen oder Fan von ihr sind! Und auf der CD sind die Lieder nochmal so zu hören, allerdings sind das nur 16 statt wie auf der DVD 18! Fifteen, Love Story, You Belong with me und Fearless fehlen, dafür sind Ours und Bettie Davis eyes(kim Carnes Cover) zu hören!

Taylor Swift is by far the most exciting, dynamic, magical (her word), amazing (her word), singer / songwriter I could ever imagine. I have run this video over 80 times, and it's two hours, nine minutes long. I have that kind of time invested in her. To say that I love her would be understatement. I always was a Carrie Underwood fan, always will be, and I am hurt and offended when some people say Taylor can't measure up to Carrie. Taylor Swift deserves all the credit and praise and love we can lavish upon her. I cry out loud still after 80 viewings of this video because she loves her fans so much. She is generous and thoughtful and caring. Oddly, I cry the hardest when she walks escorted by her guards from the stage to the "tree" and back. I think seeing everyone just screaming and crying is what does it. And don't be fooled. She does plenty of crying herself, and there are some shots of her fans with faces just dripping wet with tears. This is a very emotional video. Every single song is a winner, and every one of her supporting band and singers (Liz and Caitlin) are fantastic also. Taylor is so talented. She can play so many instruments herself, piano, guitar, banjo, et al. The CD is equally excellent of course, but I was disappointed not every single song from the concerts that are on the DVD are included, and some other songs are substituted. Only three I think. I would have liked to have had You Belong With Me, Fifteen, and Love Story on the CD. The quality of the DVD is superb, far superior to downloading the video onto my computer. The closeups definition is so good you can see every pore in her face, every freckle, every facial hair, which you would think would be a turn-off. It is not, it makes you feel closer to Taylor and love her more. Kudos to the crew and camera people, editors, all the supporting folks. Well done. Very well done! Needless to say, I give this combo five stars, and hope my comments are well received and help promote Taylor, who is sweeping America and the World right now.
