This is a whole food supplement that the body will naturally convert the carotenoids and retinols into Vit A. From what I know of this supplement it will provide 20-30% of recommended daily Intake. There is no IU Measurement of Vit A that I can find that corresponds with this supplement. This supplement combination supports your immunity system. I call it my all natural antibiotic. It has been a daily supplement that I have used for many years. Great for the cold season. Hope this helps some.
