Whats the expiry date on these?

Hi, I always buy 3 x 1kg bags as it is cheaper. The bags in the cupboard have an expiry date of 19th January 2021

is the weight used in cooking same as weight of this ie just straight swap? I have used the Stevia (green tub) but its very expensive in supermarket

The manufacturer says you need to use another third as it is less sweet than sugar however we use 1: 1 and it tastes great without the sugar spikes. Buying the 3kg deal of the Erythritol for £19.99 is a cheaper way to buy the product. We only use Stevia now in tablet form for sweetening various beverages and no longer for cooking. Enjoy!!

How possible that This increased By £10?

3kg for £19.99 direct from manufacturer, you won't find better and cheaper anywhere else.

Hi, with a recipe says melt a sugar in a pan with other ingredients do you do that, or add direct afterwards?

I would add in with the other ingredients so can dissolve or could end up grainy. Also only 70 % as sweet as sugar so you may need to add a little more, depends on how sweet you like things to be.
