Premium price for a premium product
Good quality live bacteria capsules are something I've come to rely on for keeping my digestion regular, and this one has slotted into my routine very well. The first thing anyone will notice is the price. Whether the reassurance of a strong formulation and quality ingredients is worth paying more for is a personal call. If you feel perfectly healthy and just want a bit of a bonus for your gut, there are cheaper options that will do the job. For me, gut health is central to my wellbeing, physical and mental, so I gravitate towards premium brands and this fits that description exactly. The 50 billion CFU count across five strains is where this stands out. Most probiotics I've used need two capsules a day to get anywhere close, so one daily capsule delivering this much means the bottle lasts a full month. The delayed-release capsule design is a smart touch, aimed at protecting the live cultures as they pass through stomach acid so more of them reach the gut intact. It's also gluten free, which is a plus. I like the additions beyond the bacteria too. Lion's mane is something my body responds well to, particularly for mental clarity and reducing brain fog, and having it built into the same daily capsule alongside ginger and boswellia turns this into a broader wellbeing supplement instead of a straight probiotic. Even the packaging feels premium. The opaque glass bottle protects the contents and the understated branding points to a product that takes itself seriously. At this price, I'll likely treat it as an occasional kickstart rather than a permanent monthly outlay, but it's a product I'd order again.

Reliable probiotics at a premium price
So, we’re in the probiotics supplement boom right now, and “premium” supplement company ARTAH is promoting its probiotic blend with 50B CFU for £45 at the time of writing, for a 30-day supply. Ouchies! On top of the probiotics, they also throw in some other stuff: lion’s mane (500mg, although the concentration of the extract isn’t disclosed), ginger (400mg with 5% gingerols), green tea extract (200mg with 18.5% polyphenols) and Boswellia serrata (300mg with 65% boswellic acids). The lion’s mane dose is a little on the low side, but not terrible. The other doses are all quite reasonable, and the standardisation adds a bit of confidence. So far, so good. They also state the bacterial families in their probiotic blend and, given the company’s reputation, the 50B CFU claim is likely reliable. That said, these are not necessarily very expensive supplements, and £45 remains quite a high price for what you’re getting. Equally, though, there are a lot of dodgy supplement companies out there peddling fake nonsense, which I think we can confidently state is not the case here. So, if you’ve got the income for it and want a reliable source of probiotics, then this is probably what you’ve been looking for. In terms of consuming them, the pills are quite large, which is understandable, given what they've stuffed inside of it, but nothing you can't easily swallow (size 0 capsules, I think). They don't have much of a smell either. So they're easy to take. As for whether they work: sure! If you take probiotics regularly, this works as well as most others I've tried. Although it's a bit of a trendy thing to take these days, I would argue it's an excellent regular supplement to have in your routine!

BIOME Restore
I’m excited about this supplement. BIOME restore. I’m had gut issues for so many years that gut bacteria support is at the top of my supplement stack. Once your stomach is happy everything else in our body just works so much better. My stomach isn’t bubbling and talking too me. I have been rushing to the toilet less. I take this after breakfast with water. The capsules are standard size and easy to swallow and no noticeable scent,

Worth considering as part of a healthy diet and healthy lifestyle
I ordered this product because I’m very much aware of the importance of having a healthy and diverse gut microbiome – and live bacteria (such as in these capsules) can be a useful step along the way. I particularly like the range of bacteria incorporated into the capsules, plus the fact that Lion’s Mane and Ginger are included too. And it’s gluten-free, which is another plus. The delayed-release properties was another factor that led me to trying the product. I found the capsules to be easy to swallow, and left no aftertaste of any kind, so they’ll fit easily into my daily routine. The only downside is that they are – at £45 for 30 days’ supply – a little on the expensive side, but nevertheless worth it if they deliver the benefits I’m hoping for. It’s too early to say whether I’m experiencing any specific benefits because I’ve only just started taking them. I shall, of course, continue to eat healthy foods … I don’t think that supplements can ever really be a substitute for this. Nevertheless, I think that this product is worth considering as part of a healthy diet and healthy lifestyle.

Biome Restore Gut Health Supplement.
I am really pleased with the Biome Restore capsules. They are easy to take and the 30 capsule pack provides a convenient one-month supply, making it simple to incorporate into a daily routine. I like the combination of 50 billion live bacteria and five different live strains. The delayed-release capsule technology is also a useful feature, as it is designed to help protect the ingredients as they pass through the stomach. The formula contains additional ingredients including lion’s mane, ginger and boswellia, which makes it feel more comprehensive than a basic probiotic supplement. I also appreciate that everything is provided in a straightforward capsule format without having to mix powders or prepare drinks. The capsules are a convenient size and easy to incorporate into my daily routine. Having exactly 30 capsules in the pack also makes it easy to keep track of the daily supply. The packaging is compact and easy to store, and the overall presentation feels premium. I also like that the product clearly states the number of live bacteria and the strains included, making it easier to understand what you are getting. I am very happy with Biome Restore. It is a convenient daily supplement with 50 billion live bacteria, five strains and additional ingredients such as lion’s mane, ginger and boswellia. The 30 capsule supply and easy-to-take format make it a practical option for anyone looking to add a probiotic supplement to their daily routine and offers excellent value for a 30 day supply.

A comprehensive gut-focused supplement with an interesting combination of ingredients
ARTAH Biome Restore combines five live bacterial strains with lion's mane, ginger and boswellia in a delayed-release capsule. It is designed as a broad gut-focused supplement rather than a simple probiotic. Usage The capsules are straightforward to take and convenient as part of a daily routine. I experienced no noticeable side effects while using the product. As with any probiotic or complex supplement, individual responses can vary and it is difficult to determine the contribution of each ingredient separately during everyday use. Quality and details The 50 billion live bacteria count and five strains give the product a substantial probiotic component. Delayed-release capsules are intended to help protect the contents until they reach the digestive system. Lion's mane, ginger and boswellia add further botanical ingredients to the formulation. Ginger is commonly used in products associated with digestive comfort, while lion's mane and boswellia are frequently included in broader wellbeing formulations. Value for money This is a more comprehensive formulation than a basic probiotic, which helps justify its premium positioning. The value seems reasonable for the range of ingredients included. Conclusion A thoughtfully formulated gut-focused supplement combining live bacteria with several additional botanical ingredients. I experienced no side effects, and the overall formulation feels more comprehensive than a standard probiotic capsule.

thoughtfully formulated gut supplement
These capsules are easy to take and come in a convenient one-month supply. I like that the formula combines several ingredients rather than being a basic single-strain supplement. The delayed-release capsule design is also a thoughtful feature. The capsules themselves are a manageable size and easy to incorporate into a daily routine. The packaging feels premium and the instructions are straightforward. As with any gut-health supplement, it can take some time to assess how well it suits you personally. Overall, this seems like a thoughtfully formulated option for anyone looking to try a more comprehensive gut supplement.

Premium presentation and excellent first impressions
This isn't a cheap supplement, but the presentation certainly feels premium from the moment you open it. The outer box is very nicely designed, even down to the embossed branding, and inside there's a smart glass bottle rather than a basic plastic container. The bottle has a secure screw-on lid and was properly sealed when I opened it, which I appreciate. It also looks sleek and modern enough that I wouldn't mind leaving it out on the kitchen counter. The capsules are approximately 2cm long. I'm used to taking supplements and personally find them easy enough to swallow, particularly as only one capsule a day is required. I could also immediately smell the ginger when I opened the bottle, which is quite distinctive. It's far too early for me to comment on whether I've experienced any benefits from taking the supplement, and I'll need to use it consistently for much longer before I can assess that. What I can say at this stage is that everything from the packaging and glass bottle to the capsules themselves feels very nicely presented and well finished. My initial impressions are therefore very positive, although at this price I'll ultimately judge its value after I've had considerably more time to use it.
