I wanted a cabinet to store a mixer at shelf height in my pantry. The space for the cabinet is tucked under a stairway and around a corner that means getting anything too tall or too long inside would be tricky. I couldn’t find any instructions online for this product, which would have been helpful to understand if I could assemble it in place. Fortunately, I was able to review the instructions that came inside the box on top of the pieces and conclude it should work. I also dry fit the cabinet by standing up the side panels and setting the top on them before assembly. I truly appreciate the accuracy of the measurements because it fits like a glove. As for the packaging, I appreciated the padding around the pieces because the box came just a little roughed up. Another thing I appreciated is how well everything was labeled. Even the hardware was packaged individually by piece and numbered. I simply set each bag out in numerical order and confirmed everything was on hand. I also appreciate that it came with an allen wrench and a pretty decent screwdriver with a flat head at one end and a Phillips head at the other. Because you need access to the underside, the instructions called for laying the assembled unit on its side. That would not work in my case. I needed to add the side panels in an upright position. I placed the interior section upright on paint cans before adding the side panels. It was just the right height to get the screwdriver underneath. If you have assembled any IKEA products, this should be very familiar. There are long screws that require allen wrenches and cam locks that work in conjunction with wooden dowels to ensure a good, tight fit. The side panels were especially thick, solid and strong, and the top was also a nice looking and solid piece. No pieces were damaged and everything looked nice. The other pieces are a little cheap, but for the price, and especially the appearance, it’s a good buy. As for the finished product, my doors and drawers set flush. You just have to review the instructions carefully and lay out your pieces and know which holes to use. I’m a woman and assembled this myself in a few hours. I took my time and double checked everything before proceeding. I would suggest not tightening the door magnets too much until the door is on. I had to unscrew them and move them forward to ensure the magnets connected. It’s a bit of a shame this will be hidden inside my pantry, but it’s nice enough to sit in a kitchen for a coffee bar, if your space permits. I would recommend this product. I also hope a pdf file is added so it’s easier to know how the product needs to be assembled.

Very impressed with how nice this is. Keep in mind it is not super heavy duty but it looks great and is better than most idea style items I have put together. It took around an hour to build, which is pretty quick for a product like this. Great value for your money. Im going to be getting a couple others to complete my dining room.

I purchased both the 45.1 and also the 55.1 cabinet. My husband assembled both units. The 45.1 gets 4 stars. The instructions were not as clear and there was a step left out for the drawer glides assembly. This unit had plastic "feet" that had to be nailed into the legs after drilling pilot holes and couldn't be leveled. It's still a very nice unit and I'm pleased with the overall look. The 55.1 unit gets 5 stars. Instructions were clear and easy to understand. The legs have "feet" that are metal, screw in and can be leveled. The drawers glide smoothly and the doors stay closed on both units. Both units were well packaged against damage during shipping. It took my husband 5 hours to assemble the 55.1 and 3 hours for the 45.1 unit. I bought these for storage in my craft room.

We bought six of these to use as end tables in our spa, for holding extra sheets, hot stones, hot bamboo, oil and lotion, etc. These look great and were easy to build. If you've ever built any flat-pack furniture before, this follow the same patterns. Lots of cam bolts and dowels. It feels sturdy when put together. It's a good sized cabinet, and holds lots of things. The inner drawer can be adjusted up and down for different heights. All the pieces, and the parts (especially helpful!) are labelled, so that when the instructions say to use Screw 5, you just grab a screw from the bag marked 5. I've built several of these types of things in the past, and it took me about 45 minutes to build this. Everything lines up easily and the doors and drawer work well.

This is an absolutely beautiful piece! However, I will say that the assembly was nothing short of a nightmare. I’m pretty damn handy and I’ve put MANY pieces similar to this together before. I was very very irritated, the instructions left out several steps (got to step three and realized that there was something that should’ve been done at step one that was not in the instructions). Also, very few things lined up. I ended up having to re-drill holes in order to make things align. The little circle pieces that fit into notched out holes in order to twist 90° and lock a screw into place? The holes that were cut into the board, were not fully deep enough for the circle discs to fit in, therefore the screw did not fit into the slot properly to lock in. I had to chisel out the holes to make sure the pieces fit fully in there. Magnets on the doors that hold the doors closed were not “pre-drilled“ in the right spots, so the doors did not stay closed. I had to re-drill holes for the magnets plates on the doors to align correctly to the magnet itself. Even with that, the doors are not level and do not close properly (one on the left grinds at the top, and the one on the right sits too low, neither have a way to properly adjust). This should’ve taken no more than an hour maybe an hour and a half to put together, took me almost 3 hours because of all the repair work I did while I assembled it. I understand this is from China and subpar work and materials is completely expected, but was still extremely disappointed. I do not recommend this at all. I found several other pieces on Amazon that had similar reviews and the assembly was much more of reliable. Absolutely NOT worth the money! I think at best this will last maybe a year or so and then I will have to go out and spend money on a new one that is reliable and put together well. Very disappointed.

En esta ocasión, Amazon utilizó DHL para la entrega, y el empaque terminó completamente maltratado. Es una lástima que un producto tan bonito llegue al cliente final con un empaque tan deficiente. Por esta razón, no recomiendo la compra, ya que la mala manipulación por parte de la paquetería arruina completamente la experiencia. Ya levanté el reclamo correspondiente para solicitar el reembolso y espero que la empresa encargada del envío comprenda la situación y proceda con la devolución de mi dinero.

Love these cabinets! I ordered 2 to put in my pantry. They arrived so quickly and I assembled them both this afternoon. You really have to pay attention to the instructions and follow exactly as it’s just pictures…but all in all fairly easy assembly and they are sturdy cabinets!

I purchased this for my dining room. The price was reasonable, and it had the space i was looking for to store things in. When i got it out of the box, i instantly turned into doubting thomas over the size of it and assembly chart layout..i wouldnt say i have alot of patience in assembling things. However...this was almost a stupid kind of easy..very straightforward. Zero guesswork. It needs to be anchored to a wall for sturdiness..but i did not do that..it wasnt too bad at all on its own. But i went to a hardware store and bought a small support leg for the bottom. About 15 bucks..but not essential...its a great cabinet..looks nice. Lots of space..would definately reccommend..
